I just got off the phone with Josh. What a great and knowledgable guy.My problem was a twist of difficult problems. I had a lawyer who was helping with my late husbands estate and now since this property is close to foreclosure was uninterested in the foreclosure. Hey guys, I wanted to share my experience with everyone who is looking to be helped by Josh and his legal team. Earlier this year I applied for forbearance and was approved for six months, my six months are expiring on October 28th, so I reached out to my mortgage servicer Lakeview financial on September 20th and asked for extension on my forbearance for another 6 months, they denied my request and told me over the phone that I need to pay all of my balance in one lump sum, I wasn't expecting that so I went online in search for some guidance and that's when I came across Josh youtub channel ( I don't know how to post a link to their YouTube channel here but it's under Denbeaux & Denbeaux).after watching Josh video on forbearance i was convinced that my mortgage servicer was taking advantage of me and that I should fight back. Josh guided me over the phone and encouraged me to stand up and fight for my right under the care act . I encourage everyone reading this post to check their YouTube channel and to be helped by Josh.

I contacted Josh because I am having issues with my Mortgage Company. He took the time to meet with me, listen with compassion, and assured me that I was in the right place. After everything I have been through he was the first person to acknowledge what I have experienced was wrong and not my fault. Although he could not directly help me because I live in another state he found someone who can. He could have easily said sorry I can't help you and moved on. This is what makes Josh different. Highly recommend. I was coming off of COVID forbearance on my VA mortgage and wanted to pursue a VA COVID-19 refund modification that would address the outstanding balance of my forbearance and modify the loan to lower monthly payments. I reviewed VA guidance to confirm that I was eligible. When I contacted my mortgage company to request the VA program, they first told me me that the program didn’t exist (they presented other options that would not meet my needs as well and pressured me to accept these options). Later they told me that I was not eligible for the program (but would not provide anything in writing to explain *why* I was not eligible). Again, they pressured me to accept options that would not meet my needs as well. I did quite a bit of legwork and research before contacting Josh, and gained some key insights in our initial consultation that helped me reach a positive resolution with my mortgage company. I have note received written confirmation from the mortgage company that they will offer me the VA program and I am waiting for the modification package to arrive. It does not appear that I’ll need further legal guidance, but if the need does arise Josh will be my first call.

Josh was able to help us with an incorrect medical debt. He guided us through a complex process, always keeping our best interests in mind. Josh is truly willing to go the distance to help his clients. It was very clear to us that he does so because he believes in doing the right thing. We were extremely lucky to have found his services and our issue was 100% resolved because of Josh. Knowing he is on your side is a huge relief during a stressful time!

Josh served as my attorney on a case that I was wrongfully being sued for. Initially I answered the complaint myself with the proofs needed to show just cause and should have been cleared, however the opposing attorney, still essentially asked the judge not to hear me and still requested a successful judgment against me...Josh immediately consulted with me and put the paperwork in motion. He requested that we meet via Zoom which MADE MY DAY!!! that he wanted to put my face to my name and case and for me to be able to know and see who was representing me. Josh and his staff were very professional and thorough in getting the necessary information needed and following through on all correspondence through the courts.
