Denali Federal Credit Union Operations Center E Tudor Rd, Anchorage

Denali is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I consolidate all my bills and it never benefit me at all. I paid off my auto loan a year early eventhough I had an unexplainable balance and they refuse to give me my title due to a charge off. They informed me that I need to go to a another bank for the copy or some sort of the title, I'm still confused about that. they reported to the credit bureau that I have a balance of over $1000 on a personal which I did not.. so I called customer service, only to find out I have a balance of a hundred and something on the personal loan which I knew nothing of, because they told me my loans were paid off and I only need to pay on the charge off inorder to get my title and this was several months ago.

Worst customer service and worst place to do business with. I paid for my loan in Cash . So the Branch told me I have to wait couple hours before I could come here and pick up the title . I waited few hours and came here to pick the title . They told me my title was not ready . It would be ready either today or tomorrow even I paid off my loan in cash . They already got the title but won’t bother to verify and give me the title. Same day I paid off a loan with Alaska USA Federal CU in cash and they gave me the title right away. This Denali Federal CU does not deserve any business. Please don’t give them any business . There are other Banks who know how to do business .

Even though I am an account holder at this CU, this location (operations center) does not process shared branch transactions. Had to drive across town, and visit another branch to make my deposit in order to pay back my loan. What a waste of time and awful customer service.

Worst place to go! I had a loan with them and they would not approve to take my car out of state. I waited for a phone call for 3 days. Then I finally walked in and then they said no you can't transport. Horrible customer service. I have to find storage here, and buy another car out of state.

I have been a loyal member for more than 10 years. Only recently have i had such great doubts in this CU ability to manage my personal finances. They are going through what they call an 'upgrade' which must have gone awry. I have called their customer service group several times in the past three days since their upgrade has taken place without anyone answering or returning my calls. I hope for the Members sake they fix these issues

OMG this bank is a total nightmare, my payments on my deceased husbands truck were current yet they took the truck and held the balance, I have yet to get through this red tape. They called me while I was on vacation, they gave no indication of the process of keeping the vehicle to my name, held 20 k from my account, and then called and said they would auction it at 10k below value and I'd have to pay the balance. I'm so writing the president tonight, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK

I don't know what they do here but you can't access your account here. You can't withdraw or deposit money. There is nothing on the maps app or on the building that explicitly states this. So I'm leaving this review hoping to save someone a trip.

Yeah "customer service" is a joke and they do bleed there "member" dry every which way to Sunday! I've been a member for over 2 decades and it's gone worse and worse thru out the years. I'm going to another bank here today the last straw was pulled today.
