    Took my Subaru in for recall parts which took over a week. After we had it back for a week, engine started smoking. Mechanics said they couldn’t tell what it was. Sat in their shop for 2 months until someone finally got back to me. They told me it would be 9.5K to fix plus 2K to look at it. The car is only 9 years old and ran fine until we took it in. The car isn’t even worth that working and running. I was going to trade it in to buy a new model but not now or ever. Going to help whoever I can by not recommending anything from Continental Auto group. They are not listed with BBB

    Best day in years! Got an almost new car, the staff was awesome! Ricky Villanueva was amazing! Worked his butt off to get me into the car I wanted at a fair price! Considering the market I was lucky to find the vehicle I wanted and I feel so blessed! I love Subaru and I recommend them to everyone, and I earnestly recommend getting your next Subi at Continental and know you are in good hands with Ricky! Update: Follow through has been non-existant! After 4 phone calls no returned calls at all! Too bad, had to change my rating!

    Brought up a small clutch issue to a service rep and was instantly told it would not be covered by my warranty (car only has 9k miles). Service rep also has a bias opinion towards how your warranty will be handled based on the model of your car. Not everyone has a need for speed so don’t tell your customers their warranty isn’t valid just because they own a sedan with a turbo. I’ll update this if I get a more mature and unbiased response to the problems with my car but for now I believe this 1 star review is fully deserved for being immature and accusing someone of breaking their own car just because it says “wrx” on the back. I’m sure if I drove in there with an outback nobody would’ve told me the clutch was my fault.

    Did a diagnostic on my 06 forester, charged me $150+ and it turns out it wasn't the correct issue anyways. Took it to reformed, they diagnosed it and fixed the issue for $200 less than what continental quoted me

    The Nissan service department here has come a long way since when I first started dealing with them in 2012. I had quite a few bad experiences with them those first couple years here, but the last few years their Nissan Service team has been awesome and they do go the extra mile to assist you. I'm grateful for the change and glad they have done a 180!!!

    I live in Fairbanks and I did not want to go through my local Subaru dealership due to bad reviews and locals telling me to stay away. Apparently I was assigned to a sales person, but they never reached out until I did a month later. I asked for a different sales person since they failed to reach out to me for over a month but I had to stick with the person I was assigned to. They were pretty helpful it was the end of the transaction that was a little rough. I was going to ship my car to Fairbanks and I made that known in the beginning of ordering my car. I did not want to drive a brand new car on the Denali highway and the sales person failed to tell me that instead of paying out of pocket for the shipping, it could have been included in my financing agreement. He also made me deal with Wrightway auto transport as far as scheduling it to be shipped because he did not want to do it for me. The shipping prices were $100 more than what they originally told me but apparently they weren’t aware the prices had changed. Sales person didn’t seem to care and didn’t try to compensate. I reached out to the manager to ask to cover the $100 and he tried his best and said he wished that he would have been involved in the transaction so he could have helped. I was disappointed that it had to end the way it did. I’m sure the manager did try his best but the sales person should have been more competent. Even though it ended rough they still were very helpful during the transaction and they even filled up my gas tank completely and that really helped me out! The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because of the shipping issue other than that I would recommend Continental (:

    Visited office 1:10pm 4/21 and went to service department today to pickup recall paperwork for 2019 Subaru Ascent that was completed. However, Front desk service guy didn't greet when I approached, when I asked for assistance on getting completed recall paperwork from the guy for my vehicle - he flat out said no there is nothing we can do and continued to ignore myself. He was very rude and showed no sign of willingness to help but look bored, when i was waiting there with my toddler. I finally called my husband to have him speak with him, and guess what? he finally did something, when my husband straight up asked him what's going on.... then he proceeds to tell me how its gonna cost 25$ to print a free report that Subaru corporate said it is free. Purchased 2 vehicles in the past with this dealership and this was the most horrible experience I had in the store. I will be contacting the corporate office and Subaru about this employee and will not be recommending anyone of my friends, family and colleagues to go there. What a joke....this guy clearly does not respect peoples time and consider previous rapport that sales worked so hard to build.

    Athena the service Advisor is great. Yesterday was my first experience with Continental and after the excellent customer service I received I will definitely be going back in the future. I have already been recommending their service department to friends and family. Five stars all the way around.

    My mom had bought a van here and I often take her car for maintenance. I have have only had good experiences. I come early to avoid a line and they let customers in before they open so they do not need to wait outside and I appreciate that. They are always friendly and kind and I am glad I do not have to worry if my mom ever has an issue with her van. They offer a punch card for oil changes and will sometimes give a free wash and detailing with the oil changes. I am very happy with their service here.

    I wish to give you not even Start , I took my 2015 forester for Alignment and was told by service advisor to Get relearn for new transmission in car , I asked make sure to Add transmission oil for transmission and get Alignment done , I drove car to service few blocks down in street , they service advisor called and said they had to add 2 quart of oil to make if full , was charged 145 us Dollars for it , after they finish all service they never told me about fact that my forester transmission stop working , the mislead me via phone call calming that they finish service and vehicle ready for pickup . I come and paid full balance was not able to eve drive car , I went back to service and the star laying to me , they screw me big time giving them good running car and get it back with being stationary none movable , I tried to contact service manger and after she come for her vacation she never helped , I tried to contact Richard the General Manger and he was super rude and unprofessional , he never let me finsh one sentence and keep interrupt me , he never offer me to come to his office and tell him what happened , he used bad language like you being fishy , and he threaten me to call Towing company and impound my car , It is a shame to have Rich bring A GM . SO INSTAND of offering help he chose to run a way from responsibility , they even told me to leave dealership and never let ask service advisor questions relating causing damage to forester transmission in their shop , so I took my forester to A&A and they give me a report saying they saying because the transmission were low in fluid it case damage to transmission , so it appears that dealership was laying because we only find 6 quart of oil only and usually tourq converter may have 2 quart , if dealership did top transmission oil like i asked from begin i would not have to lose my transmission . i will contact Subaru manufacture and tell them about my story , I will never purchase any Subaru because the service screw me .

    MAIN POINT: YOU CAN BUY A CAR THERE BUT DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED THERE. My Subaru has an issue that, according to the internet, is very common on that particular model. The issue occurred very soon after I bought the brand new vehicle from them, so I figured they would be able to fix it for free or at least for a discount. They didn’t do it for free or for a discount, but I understand. It’s not their fault I purchased a faulty vehicle. But the annoying part is that they didn’t fix it at all. They charged me for service, said they were able to “fix it”, only for the problem to occur again a month later. Recently, one of the keys to my Subaru went missing. I wanted to buy another one so I brought my car in so they can reprogram the car and the new key I’m buying from them. My car has never had any electrical issue in the 7 years that I’ve owned it. Immediately after taking the car back home from the reprogramming they did, my speedometer doesn’t work, and an ear-deafening, loud alarm sound (not the security alarm) occasionally goes off while I’m driving the vehicle (which is so dangerous because it’s startling). The powered windows also sometimes don’t work. I called them the day after taking the car back and their response was basically “we didn’t cause that problem. We’d be glad to book you for another appointment.” Book me for another appointment that I have to pay for just for them to most-likely not fix it anyway, which I might add, is a problem they most-likely caused. *eye-roll* I bought this car from them and have gotten my oil changed there ever since. I called to have service done recently and they said they had no record of my car or ever getting maintenance done there. Not a big deal, but how were they able to pull up all my records for 7 years and now, all of a sudden, they have no records. One of my friends bought a car from them and they misspelled her name in some of the paper work. She had to bug the salesman that sold her the car for 3 weeks before he finally was able to get around to fixing it. Ridiculous.
