    I've been banking with this same company for 9 years until recently. Making a dispute, I've lost so much money because they never receive my return letters to further look into disputes. What the point of allowing me to email and start the process but you'll mail a follow up letter and they never received. I'm $1000 out because they never received a follow up letter. I've never been approved for a nothing from this bank but fraudulent charges. You'd think 10 years with the same bank they be willing to appreciate customers. If you want a piece of mind. Burry your money.

    The bankers and management are prejudice here at this location. Had all necessary documents for an account waited over 3 hours and right before closing time I was told I do not qualify for an account. This was my second time applying for an account. The manager specifically singled me out when a banker was attempting to help me she intervened and wanted to handle my appointment only to turn me down for the second time. Applied online a few months later an was instantly approved. Until this day I still don’t not understand why I was treated this way. The manager keep asking why I drove so far to open an account. I was a UWG student at the time and this was the closest location. She looked for every reason to deny me an account and found one everytime. I would not recommend this location. Horrible customer service and business practices!

    I went in to see what was going on with my account and to open a secure credit card to help build my credit & I was given Ms Amy in the Newnan Ga branch who was over and beyond helpful! Not only did she do her job exceptionally but she gave me good banking and personal advice!!!! The fact that she made my visit personal was great for me! I didn’t feel rushed like other banks do and we were well over closing time! Thank you so much Amy you are awesome!!!

    Great service. So far never had an account foulup. Only 👎🏻: $5 per cashier's check when other credit unions offer one free per day.

    I have never had any issues with this bank until today. I walked up to find the doors locked. The security guard opened the door slightly and said it’s by appointment only. I told him I desperately needed to use the restroom. I was going to use the coin machine, but really just needed to pee, because of the Diet Coke I drank on the way there. Again he repeated, “it’s by appointment only.” Wow….. great customer service.

    I've always veen treated well whenever I go in to the bank. The staff is very helpful. I have even convinced my sister to leave her bank and join.😊

    In the 5 years ive used dccu ive never had issues like i have lately. The kick in the face happened today. Never had a deposit fail to go through or take so long. Not even on holidays. It was supposed to deposit by midnight and be available to use by 4am. 12:30 (noon) and its still pending so i call. Was told it was tech issues and that the situation will be fixed within an hour and my money available then. I wait even longer to give extra time and end up calling back at 3:30pm because i still cant access it. Now told i have to wait 1-2 business days, aka. Either tomorrow (friday) or 4 days (monday) for a specialist to give me a call. Ive had to cancel my bills being paid, meaning my lights and water get turned off today at 5pm. I have an infant, no money for a hotel, and nowhere we can go to stay warm tonight. Thanks delta

    Hi Katrena- We see that a direct deposit was posted to your account this morning and all funds are available. When Automated Clearing House (ACH) direct deposits are initiated by the sender, we receive a notification of the forthcoming deposit. This is when you will see the deposit pending in your account. The settlement date, set by the issuer, is the date that we receive the funds from the sender. On this date, the funds will be made available in your account. The ACH department does not have a way to force the release of these funds prior to the settlement date. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope this information was helpful.     The wait on the inside is extremely long. One of the bankers opened up my account without my permission . I came in on Friday june 18th to get print out of statements and the banker was trying to get me to open new accounts instead. And I was in there over a hour for something so simple. Went back in today june 23rd to see why she went ahead and opened account without permission I have been here over a hour yet again.

    This branch will not issue debit cards. My debit card was cancelled due to fraud and they would not issue a new one. I called the 1800 number and was told the policy they claimed to be in place for issuing debit cards does not exist.
