OneMain Financial Newnan

I would exhaust all other options before I would use the Newnan branch. They've told outright lies on the loan process. They held the title for the vehicle being used for three business days and still did not give us an answer. I left early from work to go to the office and request that the title to my car be returned. The lying is the most frustrating part of the process. Again, please check all available options before considering this location. One star is being generous. update: Decided to speak to someone else a few miles from this store. I walked in and told them what I needed, handed them the same information that one main financial was given and left with the money needed 15 minutes after that. Lower interest rates and no hassels. Just a better business overall. I will never make that mistake again!

Agent was very nice but computer glitches made the process slow. The actual process time in getting approved went well.

They are a waste of time. They refused to give me a loan stating that I was not actively employed even though I am! Everything was put on my application and they approved me, then they turned around and denied me for no reason. Go anywhere else for a loan because this place is not it. The manager doesn’t know what he’s doing nor does that Nikita lady. If I could give 0 stars I would .

DO NOT ATTEMPT to get a loan from OneMain Financial unless you have good to great credit. They are not a credit building or second chance credit company. Don't believe the letter you get in the mail called a "Loan Certificate" it makes you feel like you can get the loan and then deny you.

Had an appointment at 6pm nothing was ready for us, we didn't leave until 7:30pm. Was told we were approved for one amount then changed to a lesser amount when we got there.

i’ve dealt with this company in the past for some reason my online application went to that branch without my knowledge terrible Company to deal with. And unprofessional people do not take a loan from this place No matter how desperate you are not worth 30% interest. Rip off

They were very professional and excellent to work with would definitely refer them to anyone looking to get a loan quickly.

One main was awesome! The process was quick and easy. Applied online, Recieved an approval, spoke to someone in the branch that verified documents and employment. We went to the branch to sign some documents and that was it. You can tell they really cared about helping us.

I was concerned about borrowing after cleaning up my credit.I was also thinking I would be turned down.I am thankful that my loan was approved.My initial loan rep seemed to be on the ball and with good follow through.My only complaint was in the closing.There were issues with documentation.My loan rep was helping me when another employee kind of railroaded the event.While she had knowledge,she was impatient,condescending and abrasive.Her superior attitude left me baffled and I almost walked out.About 4 days after borrowing,I fell and broke my hip.I probably would have addressed my concerns earlier.I would still recommend One Main though interest is high.Im still very grateful especially since I've had an accident and there are funds in place.UPDATE. 03/2020 I wanted to add to this old review to give a current perspective on OneMain Financial..I recently restructured a loan at the local branch.They were very helpful and patient.My loan rep ,Ashley was knowledgeable and answered my questions.The company went to bat for me on an issue after the loan closed.They went out of their way to assist in a situation that they could have negated.Customer Service Reps,Fernando and Mika were attentive to making my dilemma solvable.This means more than I can say.Iwill continue to recommend them!!!
