I love my bank. The employees are very helpful. However, the availability of service is terrible! Something needs to be done about the drive-through and being able to bank inside. The situation that happens every Saturday makes me want to leave the bank.

Drive thru always takes soooo long. Due to COVID, if you do paycheck mobile deposit, they put a two business day hold on your check even after you receive an e-mail stating your deposit was accepted and will POST that same business day. All the while you are getting charge NSF fees. Truly Disappointed!!!!!

At this time, many members are still using the drive-thru instead of going into the lobby, so the wait times might be a bit longer than normal. Our branch staff is working hard to serve every car in the drive-thru lane as quickly as possible, but we do understand how frustrating a long wait time can be. The worst bank I’ve ever done business with! Not an exaggeration they lied to me and are very difficult to work with and can’t seem to resolve any issue I have. I will be closing my account it will be a huge relief to know I’ll never have to step inside this sorry excuse of a bank! My mattress is a better bank then Delta.

I have been a member of DCCU for ove 20 years. I opened a business account recently, and on the 21st of October I moved money into what was supposed to be my personal account (my paycheck). The banker that handled the transaction put my money into the wrong person's account after verifying me through my driver's license. I called the 800 number to get it fixed and was told that it can't be fixed until tomorrow. This is absolutely unacceptable.
