Delta Community Credit Union Jonesboro Rd, Mcdonough

Delta community credit union is one of the best banks I’ve had, they’re very attentive and any issues you have with your account or card they help you out with immediately whether it’s over the phone or in person. They’re always friendly nice have a great service sometimes they’re only issue is their drive-through takes forever but I can completely understand with how these past few years have gone. I’m so glad they open this new location here in Mcdonough Due to the fact that before I had to drive about 25 minutes to 30 minutes to get to the Stockbridge branch or the morrow branch and now it’s not far it’s convenient it’s right there in an area where there’s not always much traffic, I love how with your purchases using your debit card as credit you can get points and have rewards and I think really this is one of the best banks anybody could ever have without having all these crazy fees

Really getting tired of the customer service. The manager at the Jonesboro site is GREAT! He has one or two misfits that’s needs to be expunged. I’m really getting tired of my account being capped on business expenditures. And this Saturday appointment thing is absolutely absurd. You still charge the same fees and still use our fiat money to make investments but give subpar customer support.

So far I haven't really experienced anything really annoying other than reading some of the other reviews of some of the other bankers. The staff including the security have all been professional and courteous. I didn't care too much for using the machine for deposits because it was time consuming, I would prefer doing transactions using a ATM. I'm glad that I don't have to drive to Stockbridge and that we a branch here in McDonough 😁

I went to dePosit a substantial amount of money two weeks ago at the Stockbridge location. I asked if the fee would/could be waived. The Asst. Manager was very rude. Therefore, I had the teller to reverse my transactions and me and my money went out the door!

I would love to deposit money at the McDonough location but the lobby is always closed on Saturday. No need for appointments at other banks,might need to change banks.

Just a great bank I really love it when they think it's a strange transaction and decide to turn my funds off with absolutely no warning no phone call no text and please God forbid and be on a Friday night while you're out partying with your friends or family and now you can't pay your tab and you can't talk to anybody until Monday morning

DECU has gone downhill ever since they expanded and starting allowing anyone to join. Website hardly ever functions properly. When doing balance transfers online most of the time it says unavailable! It does not tell you that, only have you have gone through the steps to do the transaction. You would think they would have a little more courtesy and forethought to inform you that it is out of service before you go through the trouble of making the transfer. It is bad enough that it is out of service over half the time. One think I liked is I had a crook use my credit card and racked up 400 dollars worth of charges and within seconds of me telling it to the nice lady on the phone they reimbursed me without any questions at all. Maybe since I have been a member for 20 years that help them take care of it swiftly.

Worst banking experience ever! They found a loop hole to not giving me the $150 sign up bonus. Then I applied for a business checking account and the bank wants me to unlock my credit report to do a soft pull. Like how many tricks are they going to pull? Writing this review reminds me that I need to go to the branch tomorrow and pull out my funds and close this account! "Do not collect $200 do not pass go" - not recommended!

They have inside safety measures in place for covid. U wait 6ft apart with masks & tell teller purpose of ur visit. She will help u or ur told to wait in ur car for their phone call to come in & meet w/ person who can assist u. Runs smoothly & we got our business done quickly.

This is the worst location to bank with. The door security guy and branch manager will embarrass you in front of everyone inside the facility they will publicly say your information out loud for others to hear. Also, they close at noon on Saturday’s (which is fine). I was let into the building before the doors were locked and stood in line for 15min for a teller to come available.. (which is also fine) but to be told you need to leave because we can’t service you and to come back on Monday! All because it was after noon when I was finally seen by someone!!! I am in shock how rude the whole facility acted towards me and refused to service me. I am happy to say I will see them on Monday but to close my account.
