Best mortgage experience ever. Lori and Kelly did an excellent job keeping me informed of the process through every step. I never felt like they were trying to hard sell me into a loan position. They demonstrated they were operating under my best interests. I had a lot of questions and concerns, and they were patient with all that ask, and made sure I felt happy with the direction we were going. I have done quite a few mortgage deals, and refinances, this was the smoothest experience to date.

What can I say ? Regina Petty has got to be the greatest Mortgage Loan Officer I have ever worked with. Having been a Realtor for over 25 years it was an eye opening experience on the other side of the transaction. 'Gina' answered every question we had (and we had a lot of them) She goes above and beyond the call of duty - seems to work a bazillion hours a week - always available for holding our hands!
