I had a wonderful experience with DCR Title and Registration pertinent to an out of state purchase of a vehicle. They are responsive, factual and easy to work with. If you are looking for help for services they provide, I highly recommend to reach out to them! A 5-star through and through....

Worst service I have ever had. Completely rude and condensing tone of the young woman at the desk was ridiculous. Multiple huffs n puffs from her doing simple paperwork. When asked for original paperwork back, she proceeded to stamp 'void' on it...this was not her paperwork not was she allowed to do this. Will never go back to that place or give them my money in any fashion. Also, the place was dirty and dumpy looking.

5/5. Can't beat their service. Helped me register a privately purchased car in AZ from out of state; saved me thousands and did it extremely quick. Will use in the future for as long as they are in business.

Been here at least 10 times. This is only place that doesn’t make excuses when I’m getting title or registration stuff done. I now go out of my way since they’ve literally taken stuff other Auto Registration places wouldn’t.

This is the BEST Title/Registration store , in the Metro-Phoenix/Surrounding cities, in Arizona. Awesome Owners, Happy Staff-- extremely knowledgeable, hardly any... if at all, waiting times. All 5 stars were well deserved. A much easier process than I expected and better than going to MVD. Jason was very nice and informative. He gave me clear instructions on what I had to do next to complete a salvage title. If there are any bad reviews about this place then it is because they did not give this place 1/2 a chance to fix it.

Thanks to the guy at the front desk who saved me so much money. I was given a title that apparently was void because both owners didn't sign. So instead of me having to transfer the vehicle twice, he recommended something else and much simpler. It also save me having to pay transfer fees twice! So grateful!

Pleasant. Patient. I had never done this before. Caught between Genesis Finance and Bank of America and ADOT. All handled smoothly and calmly by them. Told me how to get an over $800 refund from ADOT. I am. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you.
