My 3 star review should not to be interpreted as bad in any way. My experience with them was not above average compared to my experience over the years with other brokers and institutions that have a similar business. The lender was plenty tech savvy which made things easier in general. Communication was timely and responsive. I'd give them a try if you're looking for a local lender.
