So, I walk in with 2 months worth of bank statements, 4 paystubs from work, all kinds utility Mail, I wait for about 20 min and the teller comes back and says that the transaction summary has to be from the bank and even if I did that, her manager still had to approve me for a payday loan. So I am really confused, lol. So all the effort I put into going up there with all my documents and got rejected because I need management approval or prosesing?. Lol what a joke. I don't recommend going there for anything. I'm not too sure what they even do there. They turned down three customers for service while I waited my 20 minutes. What a joke. There are so many other payday loan places here. I will not be going back. Don't recommend to anyone. Sorry you guys got burned by a bunch of con artists, but I am not one. And I don't appreciate you making me feel like one due to your businesses insecurities. Lol, good luck with your business.

Absolutely terrible establishment. The representatives here aren’t respectful or caring to their customers. I’ve been to this location a total of three times now, and each time I’ve encountered problems with their customer service. The staff are not friendly at all, nor helpful to anyone who isn’t a “regular”. They are definitely racially discriminatory too. You can tell by the way they talk to you and assist you in services. Fool me three times and I’ll never go back. If I were you, I’d take my business to the several other cash placing venues in town.

Some of them are nice some not so much. My main reason for the low review is why isn't there a line for checks only during busy check cashing times. I'll wait in line forever because the 2-3 registers they have open always have people getting money grams or paying bills. Those things taken alot longer then chasing check and people would be much more satisfied with their service if they could get their check cashed in an expidisious manor

Horrible horrible business! This place is run by bigots and racists at night! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. They discriminate based on religion and national origin. The teller refused to process a Western Union money transfer because she was not comfortable with me. For heaven sakes, you're behind a bullet proof glass window. I want to send money. I'm a nice guy. WHAT THE HELL IS THERE NOT TO BE COMFORTABLE ABOUT? I asked her if it were company policy or just her that didn't want to send me money. She said that "she did not feel comfortable sending my money to China". I asked for a Manager, and she told me that the Manager would tell me the same thing. I asked what her Manager's name was and what her name was. She told me that if I didn't leave that she would have to call the police because I was causing a "raskis"? I said fine, call the police--because I haven't done a darn thing. The police arrived 10 minutes later. Spoke with her behind the bulletproof glass, and she told the police that she wanted me to leave. Police said that it was quite strange that she refused to send my money--theres not much the police can do because it's a civil matter. I shook hands with the police and I left. I will definitely be contacting the Civil Rights Commission and Western Union Corporate. The lady behind the counter was definitely 100% racist. I'm a business owner and have worked retail for 20 years. I can tell when someone is racist.

I went to load money on a netspend card I use for internet purchases vis check cashiers. Even though my card was a new card the woman told me they couldn't load money on it because the card was no good. I left went to Walgreens across the street and had money put on my card no problem. I went back to check cashiers and told the same person I used Walgreens. She reran my card and told me my card was good but no idea why it didn't work. This has happened to me several times with these people. They appear very dishonest and deceptive maybe even discrimatory. I will never use them again.

I love this place everytime I go there they are so helpful and you can do everything there pay bills cash almost every check there send and receive money etc... I don't know what everyone else think I know sometimes the line could be long but that's cause everyone goes there the lady's are very nice I have laughs with them they even know me by name that's what I really like
