Dave Schell at Guaranteed Rate Mortgages 47th St, Boulder

Over the years I've reviewed many friends to Dave. I had not personally use him since I had no mortgage needs. He had come highly recommended to me so I kept referring him to friends. All of my friends came back and said TOP NOTCH and thanks. Recently my son purchased his new home, I was very anxious about him qualifying and everything going through. Dave picked up 7/24 and continued to insure me all was good. My son closed on his shiny new home today. So grateful for Dave and his team.
