If you are looking for a mortgage I cannot recommend Atlantic Bay enough. My loan officer Dan Baxley and his processor Janice were some of the most professional and hardworking people I have met. They went out of their way from the beginning to make sure that I had all I needed and understood every part of the process. Mortgages are incredibly confusing, and after going through this process with Dan Baxley and his team I would not work for our any other.

Dan is literally the best there is. He made the process super easy, he kept in touch with us through the entire thing, and his personal touches (ie: videos phone calls) is unrivaled. Honestly if I ever buy another house. Dan will be my second phone call right after the realtor. Home buying process can be a huge stressor but with Dan I felt alot less stress. Dan was absolutely amazing throughout our entire process of buying a home in a different state. We interviewed three different people via phone. Dan went above and beyond by sending videos of himself throughout our process to make it more personal! To top it off, he even came to our closing! Can’t say enough great things about Dan. He took an extremely daunting process for a couple who hasn’t bought a house in 25 years and made it not just easy and understandable, but actually pleasurable.
