Ann Arnesen was amazing! My wife and I were first time home buyers, and the process can be very overwhelming and complex. Dee Dee Burgoyne is fantastic! She was awesome about answering my questions quickly and completely, and did a great job tailoring her answers so I would understand exactly what was going on. This was important and extremely helpful to me as a first-time homebuyer, and helped me feel confident and at ease with my decisions and the process. Dee Dee is highly responsive, and incredibly kind and friendly. I've heard horror stories from friends about their mortgage and closing experiences, and I'm pleased to say that I found the whole process with Dee Dee to be incredibly smooth! There will always be lots of requirements and paperwork, but Dee Dee and the other Atlantic Bay folks did an incredible job making things as simple as possible for me. I honestly can't say enough good stuff about Dee Dee - highly recommend!

I don’t post online reviews, but had to make an exception for Blake! We have used multiple other mortgage groups/brokers in the past, but this was the best experience we’ve ever had by far!! Blake was so helpful and always willing and available to answer questions and clarify the process. On closing day, our appointment was scheduled for 3:30….we were done at 3:28. How is that even possible?!? After this experience, I will not consider any mortgage group other than Atlantic Bay!

Scott has amazing time management skills and provides clear communication. Not once did I feel as if I was missing information. Scott was able to break everything down and explain in detail. Provided excellent service and exceeded my expectations!
