I’ve been in the market for a Tacoma for awhile. After endless searching online, multiple conversations with sellers, and going into numerous dealerships, my search came to an end. Damian Lillard Toyota is hands down one of the best Toyota dealerships out there given my experience. Super friendly, honest, and helpful from the sales department to the finance department. Special shout-out to my sales gal Leanne who was very friendly, straight forward, never pushy, and found the Tacoma I was looking for. Great experience. Dealt with Pablo Orta on trading in a lease and reserving a new tundra to lease. Pablo was great at answering all questions we had. Also kept us informed on when our new truck would be delivered. Absolutely no pressure ever in regards to the truck purchase or to purchase any accessories or extended warranty. If we said no, that was it. Everyone we encountered at Damian Lillard Toyota was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely go back when it’s time for another vehicle.

I went into Damian Lillard Toyota seeking a specific vehicle that they had listed on their website. I ended up working with Matthew Pearson who worked with me over several days until I could come in to see the vehicle. The vehicle was in great condition for its year, and they were upfront about any issues it had (tire rub from large tires). They gave me a better deal on my trade in than other Toyota dealerships. Matthew was able to get me out the door in 45 minutes after numbers were agreed on. Would not hesitate to return for my next vehicle purchase.

If you’re looking for a dealership that makes it easy for you in a difficult market , this is the place. I worked with Brian to find the car I wanted at the price I needed. Kyle helped finish the process when I picked up the car. They were both very patient with all my questions and had a very straight forward answers, which I appreciate. Jordan in finance was very helpful and explained every step clearly. There was no pressure at any point during the process and I would say it is worth the extra distance to get there for such great service!

When we came to Lillard Toyota looking to purchase a new Toyota Sienna, we were understandably a bit nervous. As luck would have it, Anthony Carrasco was our salesperson and point of contact. He was such a friendly, responsive and knowledgeable person who truly made this a pleasure. Anthony did a great job of keeping us in the loop as he searched for the car we wanted, and letting us know what the market was currently so that we knew the timeline we’d be working on. When he was able to locate and secure our van he made the purchasing a breeze. He even hung out with our kids and taught them to play ping pong as we were completing the financial paperwork. Because of the friendly, responsive and all around stellar service we received from Anthony, the next car we purchase will be a Toyota from Damian Lillard Toyota.

When I was looking for a new Tundra I had input what I am looking and and what I wanted it to have for multiple dealerships around oregon and Cheryl at Damian Lillard Toyota was the only one to call back and let me know that we see what you want and we will keep a lookout for you, all the other dealerships would call and ask what I was looking for even though I had already filled out a search list. The next person that I came across was Israel Garcia Villafuerte, he was the sales team member that worked with me to trade in my vehicle and to purchase my new one. Very few new cars available on the lot to purchase due to all the supply chain issues but a fun place to visit to see all the Damian Lillard memorabilia. Not as much as I expected but still fun to check out if you're a Trail Blazers fan. The staff seemed really cool about just visiting to check out the Damian gear. They also have free donuts! There's also a really restored Land Cruiser and old Pickup in the lobby to check out.

I bought a 4Runner from Damian Lillard Toyota a few months back and could not have been more impressed. HUGE THANK YOU to Ian McCrary! Buying a car in this market isn’t easy and I’d struck out numerous times before. When I started working with Ian, I told him exactly what I was looking for and he got me just that and MORE. This past weekend I picked up my new 2022 Tundra. It took nearly 3 months but Corbin my salesperson and Brian the Sales manager made it happen. Great dealership! I had been looking for the exact car I wanted in a hard to find color across several states. Ian McCrary was determined to get me what I wanted. With all the MSRP adjustments and low inventory, it was a super challenging time to buy. I was super happy to learn they are NOT adjusting MSRP. Not only was pricing fair and reasonable but the team was super easy to work with. I felt no pressure to buy. I also received a very reasonable trade in on my car. His manager Brian was easy to work with and signing my documents with Jordan was a breeze! I can’t recommend them enough and it was worth the drive.

Great experience. Corbin, Kyle and Brian were helpful in finding a truck and doing so without pressure. I left the dealership and told them I’d be back and was able to do so without interference - that’s rare. This usually creates panic among salespeople and they do everything to stop you from leaving. I returned that evening and was able to drive away in a new vehicle within an hour or two. Best experience so far from a dealership.

Best experience ever buying our new 4runner. We were trading in our tundra and had been looking all over for a 4runner. Pablo Orta was a rockstar! It was a long process due to shortages, but Pablo stuck it out. Every time a new 4runner was coming in, he let us know just to see if it was something we might be interested in. The day was finally here - there was a black TRD ORP coming in and we needed to have it! We talked numbers for what felt like 5 minutes and put the deposit down. A few days later, I signed the paperwork and off I went. The entire process was so smooth. I cannot remember the names of the wonderful people I spoke with besides Pablo (and Jordan), but they were all amazing! I’m a customer for life.

My wife and I had been searching for awhile for the 4Runner we wanted. I had contacted many different dealers and even went to another dealership by the Rose Garden first, that had the truck we wanted as well. After an extremely poor experience there, I called Damian Lillard Toyota. Everyone I worked with and my wife worked with, knew our time was valuable. They made every effort to ensure a quick and smooth process. They kept in contact with us and made sure once our truck arrived, we wouldn’t be wasting our time driving from St. Helens to Newberg, with 3 kids, at 5pm on 107 degree day. They worked to make sure everything we could get done beforehand was ready. The whole experience was great. It was worth the trip to make sure we got what we wanted and were treated with the respect and dignity anyone should get when making a big financial decision and investment like this. We will definitely, consider these guys in the future!

We were looking for a hybrid vehicle, which is currently really difficult to find! Damian Lillard Toyota is our local dealership, and we ended up there in our initial search. The sales team was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we got the best chance at getting the vehicle we wanted in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone. My husband and I had to suddenly and unexpectedly replace our prius in the middle of this year, and worked with Anthony. He was wonderful - kind, honest, and up front throughout the whole process. He found us a great car within our budget that we're really enjoying. Most of all, we found the process of working with him to be easy because he was communicative and let us know what to expect in terms of prices, availability, and how the process works these days (like when the dealership would be getting new cars in stock and where we were on the waiting list) so we could more easily make our decision. Obviously this was a difficult time to have buy a car with the supply shortages, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience than with Anthony at Damian Lillard. I'd go back and work with him again in a second.

Shout out to Pablo and Nick, sold my truck to them and they were able to match up to the offers i gotten. I came in wanting the bronze edition highlander which wasn’t there yet but they gave me a sweet discount on a XSE 2022. Pretty quick processing, numbers were printed out no more than 5mins and no pressures. This how it should be at every dealer, you shouldn’t feel pressured and know that you are free to come and go if you don’t like the current deals. Also if you got kids when visiting the dealership, Pablo can entertain them no problem.

I very recently moved to Oregon from Florida and knew I wanted to buy a Toyota Prius. Upon my arrival I only knew of 2 dealerships who currently had a 2016 Prius for sale. They were both similarly priced and while one was located a mile from my hotel, the other was located 1hr away at Damian Lillard Toyota Dealership. I arrived expecting to just window shop, compare with the other Prius and potentially come back for purchase. I also expected to potentially deal with a pushy type salesman that you see and hear about from others. What I didn’t expect but was pleasantly surprised with was the great customer service I received from one “Patrick Bell-Isle” ! From the very beginning when I first called ahead to see if the car was available for viewing he was professional yet kind. And during the actual process of viewing the car, applying to finance and processing the transaction he was personable, knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I never felt pressured to buy or judged or like I was wasting his time. I felt like we were old friends and he was giving me advice on such a huge purchase. I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for Patrick, if I had to deal with a pushy salesman type instead of him, I probably wouldn’t have bought the car on the spot. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my decision and understood and explained to me all of the great tech the car had to offer. Besides the exemplary service he provided my husband and I, the car itself is actually in great condition! This dealership seems to take great care of their vehicles! Even though my car was a 2016, I felt like it was brand new and I was buying it in the year 2016! I am very pleased with this transaction, especially since it was my first time financing. I did my due diligence before buying a car from Damian Lillard Toyota. I spent a lot of time looking online, calling and driving to dealerships to try to find the car I wanted and could afford. So glad I found this place! The salesperson, Jayzen and his manager, Brian could not have made the process any better. They listened to what I wanted, heard my concerns and found an excellent car for me that I drove home that day. No nonsense at this place. They don’t waste your time with a bunch of back and forth balogna! I have always hated the process of buying cars. If I ever decide to get another (love my new Crosstrek!), I will definitely go back to see them.

By far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car!!!! Leeanne was AMAZING, kept me in the loop the entire buying process (it’s been tough trying to find a car during the shortage/Covid), was never pushy and honestly she was just the best. She went out of her way to make sure I got a car that I would be excited to drive. I’ve been on the waitlist at almost every dealership in Oregon and Washington to find a car and Leeanne was the ONLY sales person to consistently stay in touch. Going through the finances (Jordan) was a smooth process and I never felt any pressure, in other words this this dealership is dialed. The other dealerships in the area should probably take some notes.

To the easy-going great finance department that walked me through financing with Toyota finance it was a great way to buy a really nice Toyota and it was fast and really easy. And the service department is really helpful and nice we already made an appointment to put some nice black runningboards on it. Last June, I reached out to Damian Lillard Toyota dealership inquiring on a specific 2022 Sienna trim package. I heard back almost instantly from Cheryl and she added me to the list for when it became available. Every month, she would check in and let me know allocations and the selling process. We got to know her and Ian as we waited for the car to hit allocations. They were transparent and quick to answer all of my questions. In February we found out two were coming and in March we found out we got the Sienna we wanted. We were able to do all the paperwork quickly and seamlessly and in less than 2 hours had traded in our car and got the keys for our new Sienna. It was a solid five star customer experience. He checked in with me frequently while we were looking for a new car and waiting for Toyota to allocate just the right one. We are very happy with our purchase and the service they provided . The Sienna is exactly what our growing family needed. This was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle. Great place even better people! I worked with Kyle when trying to purchase a Hybrid Camry and he was so awesome. Kyle was very professional and personal, he is the best sales associate I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I just purchased a 2022 Toyota Corolla Hybrid from Damian Lillard Toyota and my experience was exceptional. I searched for two months with five different Toyota dealers with little success until I was contacted by Sean Jones who placed me on a list of buyers. I was assured that I was second on the list to buy the Corolla that I wanted. Last Wednesday, Sean Called me and told me the car I wanted was being delivered and the person in the first position had dropped out and could I come to the dealership to purchase. We set an appointment for 2pm. Upon arrival Sean turned me over to salesman Ian McCrary who expertly guided us through the purchase process. I drove home with my new Corolla ONE and a HALF hours after I arrived at the dealership. Ian followed up three days later to see how I liked my new car. I recently purchased a used 2019 4Runner from Lillard Toyota in McMinnville and was completely blown away by the excellent customer service, knowledge and integrity of the employees. Anthony in sales was very professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. Jordan on the financial end of things was very kind, patient and made the paperwork process easy to understand/follow. I have never had this kind of positive experience at an auto dealership before and was VERY impressed. My family has purchased vehicles from this location in the past and have all had similar experiences. I am glad I took their advice to go here. Brian (sales manager) Corbin and Pablo are all AMAZING. Corbin was helping me for the few months before the car was delivered and his communication, follow-up and customer service is second to none. He is an absolute joy to work with. Brian, the sales manager, really puts customer service first and that is rare in the car sales industry (in my experience), and was very different from what I experienced with folks at Beaverton + Ron Tonkin Toyota. Pablo was who ultimately guided me through the paperwork process, got me in my new car (in record time) and helped me with the initial set up of my multimedia and showed me a bit about how the car works. I would HIGHLY recommend Damian Lillard Toyota if you are looking to get yourself in a new car, and ask for Corbin or Pablo!

Can I just say WOW! Amazing customer service and very personable. Corbin and Pablo both helped us get my husband the truck he wanted and stayed in contact with us as we were making a commitment to a truck that we wanted while we lived 3hrs away. When we arrived to the dealership we were treated with kindness, Corbin and Pablo had the truck ready and sanitized for a test drive, while the finance gentleman was getting all of the documents together for us. It was a very smooth purchase and we appreciate it very much. And to top the prices of all the other dealerships and offer such great service, I will recommend everyone to come here. I stopped by just to browse around and see what this Toyota had in-stock. We were greeted by Pablo Orta. He was very friendly and did not preassure us at all. After looking around I didn't see what I was looking for so Pablo asked if he could email some of the vehicles that were coming in soon.
