Future customers beware!!!! This financial institute are crooks, total extortion !!! My company credit score excellent & personal credit score excellent however they approve a loan with a 34% interest rate. Totally unbelievable I’m even more shock they are still in business but I suppose with those rates that’s probably why. I feel sorry for whoever are force to deal with them because they are just going to rip you off. If you must, I suggest pay off that loan as fast as you can and never do business with them again. Looking at other reviews I’m not the only one that feels this way. Who the hell going pay 34% interest rate on a loan with good credit. This company should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

I have had a really good experience with Ms. Gabrielle Clarkson at Dakota Financial. She has been available and responsive when I have contacted her. She is a true professional; very easy to work with and has a very positive demeanor.

My experience speaking to Emanuel Garcia today has been wonderful. He answers the phone with a calm and pleasant voice and tries to help in any way that he can. His customer service is excellent.

I had a good experience and the best experience was when I was ready to payoff the loan, I dealt with a lady name Monica who was very kind and patient every time I called her with questions. Monica thank you for um all your kindness because you made a stressful situation so much better. 😊

Absolutely the worst experience ive ever encountered with any financial institution. Luckily theres no zero star ratings. Yes loan process was quick and you feel valued but after signing documents you are pretty much nothing to them. here i sit 6weeks after and still waiting on title to register my equipment and still making all monthly payments on equipment i cant even register

Dakota finances the worst company I have ever doubt deal with nothing but liars on professional people never report to the major credit bureaus I will not help whenever you need help. Worst company ever do not go there.

stay away from these thieves, if, God forbid, you have to deal with them for any reason make sure you read the contract thoroughly and, better yet, have a lawyer or a specialist read it and explain it to you don't take a word of mouth from anyone who works for them or direct you to them. They lie through their teeth. I signed a contract for 2 trucks and paid %40 of the sale price which was about $19000 for each truck, what I was told over the phone has nothing to do with what was on the contract, I got stuck with non-canelable contracts that has no early payoff and even if I voluntarily surrender the trucks cause I can't make the payments anymore not only I lose the trucks and the $38000 down payments but I'll also be responsible to pay all the profit they would've made had I completed the contract which is about $47000 for each truck, they're unbelievably unethical. Again STAY AWAY

Should have done more research before beginning to conduct business with these crooks. They have a Habit of charging insanely high interest rates but just low enough that it keeps them from getting into trouble with the federal government, then they just wait for you to default on something they know good and well no one can afford in this day and time. They will also make sure you make your deposit payable to another entity so that you never see a dime returned to your name. I can't stress this enough. Stay away! These crooks need to be put out of business.

These people are deceptive and dishonest. Our company was applying for a line of credit to TSF under our company name. These people took it upon them self to shop our application to this Dakota Financial. I'll use another people words here, CROOKS! so TSF and Dakota Financial is one in the same company. This is a deceptive practices and we are going to file a complaint with the State agency.

Hello my experience have been A very unpleasant experience ever I was so excited to get approved with this company however my dreams have became a nightmare from my understanding for the last four days they had me down for the complete wrong truck Every time I will call them they will give me the wrong truck I have a explain to them that I never applied for 2016 several times but that’s not all on Wednesday of last week I was so excited to find out that they had cleared everything up however they did not and it has been a nightmare every sense so after they informed me that they cleared it up they gave me a final approval in the amount of 11875 down payment which I agreed to those terms and then today I was told that they gave me the incorrect approval amount and down payment I informed them out of everything that I have ever finance I never had a company that made such a huge mistake I asked him would they be able to honor my down payment which I signed paperwork for they told me no which is very sad because I was not the person who made the mistake they really dropped the ball on my loan and would not honor what they told me now we have sent our down payment and not sure what these new rates or terms will be or even if we can even afford it for the last three days all I have done was cry because I really don’t have a clue what’s going on anymore and no one can really tell me however the person who have been helping me with all this had been absolutely great but I still feel that if the lender makes a mistake they should honor the amount that was told to the customer other than that I have nothing bad to say but To pay attention to all loan documents and if you feel that something is not correct please make noise so you will not have to go through what I have been through for the last 3 to 4 days I decided to go with a new loan company and not get finance with them that was the best decision I have made now I am happy with my truck and the Bank I went through please you guys if you have a good credit score go to a bank Your rates will be much better

This company is a rip off and scammers. Please be aware of these people. There are plenty other financial companies out there. This company are liars rude and unprofessional. This is for ever hard working truck driver or Buiness owner. Stay away from this company you will regret it. The down payment for the lease as they call it is money they keep. I put down over 5100 down I was told I would get it back. After a few months I realize it was for there pocket’s. I wanted Buiness credit and proof of on time payment history. They don’t report to the credit bureau. Call and ask them if you think I am lying. Today I got a email notification that they took out another payment when they’ve already been paid for the month of December. I called and spoke with Abnar. Stay away from these crooks. Don’t expect to have your title no time soon you will have to wait 60 day’s or longer.

The absolute best place to finance equipment. these guys get it, is not always just about your credit Score, sure, life happens and you get dinged but these guys see the opportunity and and will give you the chance you deserve to finance your equipment and get your business off the ground. I love them, highly recommended, high levels of service and availability. They say Yes when everyone else has already denied you for credit. they will take a chance with you so make sure you return the favor by making your payments ON TIME, I promise if you pay on time there is nothing to complain about. Don't hesitate, they are legit, yes you pay a premium but man it is well deserved.

Worthless company ever! My wife Gail and I got passed on to them from whole sale truck financing. We recently had an accident.the insurance company was on top of it and sent the money for repairs to Dakota financing. Truck has been repaired for several weeks now and Dakota financing. Wil not send the check to us so we can get our truck back!!! Been out of work almost 3 month's now. Going to talk to lawyer today about suing them for lost wages and our insurance money!! Stay away from these crooks
