I got funding with Maxim about a year ago, so far I have had a good experience with them. Yes, the interest is a little higher than a bank, but, this are business loans. You can not compare a conventional loan with a business loan. I am really satisfied so far. The only reason they do not get a 5 star rating from me is there response time. Phones are rarely answered and the callbacks usually do not come. Other than that I am very happy with the funding they provided.... Thank you Maxim for helping out in getting the equipment I needed for my business.

The young lady that works in billing gives the best customer service that I've had in a longtime. These five stars goes to her; I would like to thank lliana Ruiz for everything.

Sales rep said the interest rate was about 20 percent, once I was approved and a hard inquiry on the credit profile the truth comes out saying its between 20-40 percent interest and I have good credit. 38% percent with 48 month term unbelievable!!!! borrowing 30k payback was 64K RUN!!! I didn't take the loan and you don't build business credit they don't report to the commercial credit bureau . Im sure they do that for customers to return.

Maxim and their staff were a great company to deal with. Even when my equipment had problems they were very understanding and helped me get through my loan entirely.
