I love this place! It has a great down-home atmosphere and most of the tools in my toolbox are from this place, including a Dewalt corded drill for $25! My best friend and I also love to come here to browse the movies.

City National Pawn was a terrific place to shop. I went to visit a friend and we stopped in to browse around and we were greeted by friendly staff. I looked as some merchandise and made a spur of the moment purchase and the staff gave me a better deal than advertised! This is a fantastic pawn shop with really great people. One of the best experiences that I’ve had at any pawn shop. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by all of the employees and spoke with Matt. I sold my camera for a price we both were happy with and I was on my way. I would highly recommend this location. Top notch customer service and they treat you with the up most respect.

Store is nice and clean, well organized. I believe it was Mat, a tall dude who took my motorcycle for a loan. I needed it to help with repairs on my work vehicle, so I'm planning on getting it out. He didn't want me to lose it, so he cut my interest rate in half. Absolutely go to this location, and will be a returning customer. Props to the south college location near the old Ihop, they are just as knowledgeable and polite to boot.

Matt was one of the most sympathetic, fair and understanding business people I've ever dealt with in my life. He understands personal situations and helped me in a dire time of need even though he knew it wasn't going to benefit him. He went above and beyond for me when he knew that he's honestly did not have to go not knowing me personally. It's nice to see small businesses still care about the customer! I'll never go to another pawnshop again.

The owner and employees are extremely friendly and helped me with prices on my belongings I couldnt get at any other pawn shop in town. To loan our family heirlooms was a heartbreaking experience but the staff was able to turn our frowns upside down with an affordable contract, and share comedic stories that made the experience enjoyable instead. Their care, sympathy, and compassion made me feel comfortable leaving my valuables in their care. They cared as much as I do about maintaining the condition of my things and the honest person I am found an honest company I can rely on and turn to in my time of need. Daily Pawn North is THE BEST Pawn Shop in Northern Colorado. I live 2 hours away and go here because of the FAIR, FRIENDLY, and FUN service. Nathan really cares about the customers and has an excellent team. Sonia, Jim and Breaden always work together to make sure you are taken care of. Thank you all so much for everything you do!

The owner is amazing, he worked with me on the amount he gave me , which was a lot more then all the other pawn shops in town offered me and insulted me with the amount they were willing to give me for my ring. This should be your first stop if you need to sell or pawn, or even make a purchase. Great selection of product in the store, he'll make you happy you came. City National Pawn has amazing customer service. My husband and I have gone in several times and they have fairly price stuff. Today we went in to sell an item that we no longer had a use for and the owner was able to work with us on a price that made us feel comfortable on the value we felt our item was at. On top of that, there was a beautiful sign that was not for sale and in use by the company. As I expressed my interest in it, the owner was able to break a deal with me so that I could take it home. This type of high level customer service, and mission to help everyone who comes in was just truly amazing to see. Thank you so much!

The staff in here are great people. They are fair about both sales and purchases. I've been here several times and made several purchases at this pawn shop, only once was the quality of the item I bought not up to par, and after bringing it back they immediately made it right by exchanging it. I'm sure if I would have preferred a refund they would have done it but I wanted the thing I was there for so the exchange was ideal for me. All the other times the items I bought were just fine. They're probably my favorite pawn shop in Fort Collins. Very friendly very helpful staff that operate business appropriately.

I came in to City National Pawn to check their store as I’ve never been in before. Firstly it was so organized and clean that I was honestly in shock. Not your typical smelly pawn shop for sure! Matt is amazing, I have to say I was impressed by not only his Michael Jordan cards :D but his professionalism and kindness. I do believe he may be the owner of the shop and if so I have to say what a humble, kind, blessed man! He took time to speak with my sons on sports, shoes and most importantly how far you can go in life! So thank you Matt!
