A few years ago my husband was looking to possibly getting me a Dodge Challenger or a Dodge Charger . I have been a truck person all my life, but I told him that if I were to get a car, that is what I would want. Then almost 3 years ago he had a sudden heart attack and died in February. I believe he was looking at buying me that type of car for my birthday which was going to be an August. Well, two years later, Jennifer Leach, who happens to be my niece, sent me a picture of a Dodge Challenger and said, “ I think I found your dream car. It just came in.“. I was shocked that she would even remember that! So of course I had to go look at it, and it was in my favorite color and everything was just perfect. She did not pressure me into buying this car at all, but she did remind me that that is what my husband wanted to get me for my birthday two years earlier. So she helped me through it and I bought the car from her at Dahl Honda. I have named it “The Blue Angel “ because I honestly believe that my angel husband worked through Jennifer and helped me buy that car anyway! But Jennifer did not stop there. She made sure things were running well and checked up on me often. And when I blew a tire on the interstate not far from Dahl Honda, she gave me directions on what to do and she even gave me a ride home! Jennifer has excellent people skills and I’m really surprised at how well she knows her stuff! I’m very proud to have her as a niece and I am sure that Dahl Honda is very proud to have her on their team as well.

Purchased my last car from Dahl in 2015 from Kensey. This time around she connected me with Melissa from the client care team on getting a brand new Honda Civic reserved that was scheduled to be coming in. To my surprise the car came in a week early. My salesman, Jordan Swift, was in contact with me through email about purchasing the car. Jordan made the process very easy. He even sent me a few photos of the car before I came in to pick it up. Jordan was very helpful and answered all my questions. He also took the time to run over all the standard safety equipment on my new Civic and show me how it all worked. Jake helped me through the financing process which was a total breeze. Overall my buying experience was 5 stars once again at Dahl. Might just be a Dahl customer for life!

i bought my Civic Sport from here with the help of Jordan Swift and had a great experience! it felt like everything was explained to me in a way i could understand, i didn't feel pressured to make any decisions, and all options were explained very honestly and transparently to me. the entire staff was incredibly friendly, and i truly felt like i was getting the best deal and treatment i could've gotten. it felt like the experience was in my hands, rather than having my decisions steered by the salesman. fantastic customer service.

Upgraded to a Honda CR-V and couldn't be happier. The sales process was very quick. I believe just over 2 hours. My sales person was Jen Leach. She was wonderful! I look forward to my next purchase, which will probably be a couple years, but hopefully she will still be there when I do.

The worst automotive experience I have ever had. They had my car for an entire month. During that time, I had virtually no communication from them about the status of my car. Even when I was told they would get right back to me, I had to be the one to call them back. The first week, when they were not returning my calls, I went back to the dealership in person. The customer service representative was rude and did nothing to instill faith in me that my vehicle would be serviced at all. I understand that they were busy, but repeated "they will get to it tomorrow " type statements weren't helpful. When I was finally able to get my car back, it had no heat, so I immediately returned to the dealership. The mechanic was also rude and dismissive, "That has nothing to do with what we just did". That was true, but it was exactly what I had asked them to fix TWO YEARS AGO, but told me there was nothing wrong with my car at that time. Now, two weeks into this adventure, I was finally offered a loaner car after I had a meltdown. Two more weeks for that repair, and I finally have my car back. I will now be selling my beloved Honda Fit (the 2nd one i bought, I because I like the model so much) because I refuse to deal with Dahl Honda again. It was clear that their policy was to not check for warranty coverage, and customer service is a very low priority.

We had a horrible experience with Dahl Honda recently. We had service done on our van's ignition 2 years ago (we spent $745 on the fix), only to have it fail again. We were told there is only a 1 year parts warranty so we were out of luck. We had horrible service and there was very little communication from them. There seems to be no organization at all. We had to contact them to find out any information. When I showed up to pick it up, the problem wasn't even fixed! We are shocked to spend that amount of money on a problem and not have them stand behind their work. It was a SUPER frustrating experience. Finally get the van back a little over a week ago and now we are dealing with a second issue that we spent $1,400 on at Dahl Onalaska in October 2021! One of the van doors is already not working and won't allow us to open it. It has only been 6 months! Really disappointing and frustrating.....

Took a look at Dahl online inventory and spoke with Ben W. He was very helpful and, although we couldn't end up finding a fit for the family cruiser, his knowledge and helpfulness was very insightful. Great guy to work with and will revisit in the future.

Ben Wilde is by far the best, most responsive, most honest, and most dependable salesperson I can ever recall interacting with - in any field. Because Ben has always called me by name and remembered details about our past conversations, I used to think that somehow Ben was aware when his prior customers had appointments and studied up beforehand. Then, one day, I came in unannounced and got the exact same level of response and treatment from him without him batting an eye. He's just that good at what he does. Truly a pleasure to work with every time. A great salesperson, customer service provider, and all-around great guy. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

A little late, but I bought a 2021 Honda Accord from Jordan back in June. Jordan was very nice and made the process of trading in my 2018 Jeep Compass a breeze, and helped ensure that I had the setup I wanted with my new purchase. He still checks in occasionally to make sure things are still going smooth. Would recommend!

This is the worst car dealership I have ever been to. My sister bought a car here and it was a train wreck. My car had to get worked on here TWICE after I hit a deer. They missed something the first time, and the only way the miss got caught was because my car was being worked on at a dealership in minnesota THANKFULLY. They don't call back, and they will talk down to you. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT. If your vehicle needs to be worked on here ensure a second opinion.

Dahl Honda has been outstanding customer service for me. From Sales to Service Department. I have worked with Ben Wilde on 2 Honda Leases, lease to purchase and most recently a Honda Odyssey Purchase. He is reliable, meets us where we are at and communicates where things are at. There is no sales pitch, just honest open communication. When I have gone in for service as well, it's super easy to schedule, friendly customer service and no issues either waiting in the lobby or using the shuttle services. They have me SOLD to be a customer for life.

Dahl Honda provided a great car buying experience. I have a few great people oli would like to speak about. My salesperson was Jordan and he was very knowledgeable and patient when answering all my questions (I had a lot of questions lol). I would also like to give Jake a shout out for all of his assistance with financing getting me an extremely low rate on my new 2021 Passport. I would also like to give a shout out to Nicole in the maintenance section she was able to assist me with my FREE oil change even though I neglected to make an appointment. I would and continue to recommend these two great people to friends and family when they are looking for their next car or truck.

Peter and I have been loyal Honda drivers for many years. It has been our experience that our favorite salesman Ben Wilde has always been very helpful in finding the right car for our needs. We have driven a Pilot, Civic Hybrid, a CRV and a Passport. We have been successful in convincing our daughter and son-in-law to seek Ben out as their salesman for their most recent family car purchase.

We purchased our first new Honda from Honda Motowerks in 1993 and have been dealing with this Dealership ever since. Ben Wilde is a carryover from the Motorwerks days and we enjoy our RELATIONSHIP with him very much. My wife and I both got new cars in March and Ben and Curtis made it a pleasant, flawless experience. Service Dept is always friendly and courteous. We have a lot of friends and family that are also customers and have never been disappointed.

Top notch vehicle, even better experience! Working with Ben on the purchase of my new Passport was amazing! He listened to what I was looking for and helped put me in the perfect vehicle for my need - not too much and not too little. Because they didn’t have exactly what I wanted on the lot, he found it, transferred it, and made the whole process incredibly easy! This was my first time buying a car at Dahl, and I am very impressed with the service I received. I called ahead to confirm the car I was looking for was still available and when I arrived the sales associate, Jordan, greeted me at the main door, and the car I had called about was parked in front waiting for me to test drive. Kudos to Dahl Honda in Onalaska WI. Everyone at the dealership has been super friendly since I bought a 2013 CR-V in 2015, and I've been going there for service ever since that time. I recently purchased a new 2022 Honda CR-V and was assisted by sales consultant Jennifer Leach, who was fantastic in every way. She was extremely helpful and we felt like friends by the end of it all.

I called to make an appointment for my car to be detailed. I show up for my appointment and was told that they forgot to enter me in the system and that now they are fully booked. Planed my day around being able to drop my car off before work. They attempted to call other branches meanwhile my ride I arranged is waiting in the car. No luck with other branches. No accommodations where made for my inconvenience and I walked out with no service.

Jen Leach is a very kind and generous person. Her honest and transparent professional personality will leave you feeling satisfied and happy with your experience. She goes above and beyond by meeting all your needs and following up to make sure you are content.

We purcahsed our Honda Pilot from Dahl Honda and Jen Leach was super helpful. She was very informational and walked us through the process of purchasing our car.

Came with a buddy to get an oil change, which she had an appointment for, and we had to stand and wait for nearly 10mins before we could get someone to talk to us. Here's the kicker, we stood waiting for 10mins right in front of two employees. The customer service is near to none. Very disappointed Honda.

Honestly I cannot say enough about my experience with Dahl Honda. I purchased a 2021 Honda Civic from them this past July. Jordan Swift was the primary person I worked with and he did awesome. I’ve worked a few different car salesmen in the past at different places, but Jordan was the only one to ever sit and listen to all my concerns and what was most important to me before ever talked anything sale related. He helped me get out of a terrible upside down situation with my previous car and into something more suitable for me with everything I need. Went in needing an oil change in my Honda Pilot after moving to town the week before. My wife saw a 2022 Pilot Black Edition sitting on the lot, and took a look at it. After coming back inside, I was greeted by Ben, who offered to show me the car in the most carefree way I’ve ever experienced a car salesman do. Fast forward a few hours later, we traded our car in for that new Pilot. Ben stayed after hours to help us move our belongings from our old car to the new car (we were living in a hotel at the time so imagine just how much we had.) Ben is the epitome of how car sales should be. He is no-nonsense, no pressure, and tells you how it really is. I’ve brought the car in for routine stuff and Ben has always been there with a smile on his face, going above and beyond. Thanks Ben, for an amazing car buying experience!

My 72 year old mother purchased her second Honda, Jordan, her salesperson was not pushy and prompt to get her questions answered. The staff at Dahl Honda made buying a new (used) vehicle super easy! My salesperson, Jen was low-pressure (practically no-pressure) and hooked me up with test drives of the vehicles I was interested in, despite the fact that they were at a few different locations. Once I settled on a vehicle, she and the rest of the staff got to work and found me an interest rate much lower than I was expecting, given my not-so-perfect credit score. The vehicle I purchased was a recent trade and hadn't undergone a safety inspection yet, so Jen had them move the inspection time up to get me into the vehicle as soon as possible. Next time I need a new vehicle, I'm coming back to Dahl! 10 out of 10! Would recommend!
