I cannot recommend Daggett Shuler enough. Over the past two years Michael and Pam have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome while working with me on my case. Throughout the duration of working with them they always called to keep my informed and up to date with any new information. I always felt respected when speaking to anyone at the firm regarding my case and their professionalism help boost my confidence in myself. They really made the process feel less intimidating and spent the time to made sure I understood what was going on to make sure I was comfortable. I had nothing but problems from with this firm from the first time I contacted them. They put me off, did not file paperwork in a timely manner on my behalf, and ended up being a bit rude about things. I ended up being denied after working with them for over a year. I did not feel taken care of, I had to send multiple emails to ask for updates on my case. My belief is that they are too big a firm and too busy with cases that are cut and dry to bother much with anyone else. That’s how I felt, anyway. I received a letter they would no longer like to pursue helping me with disability when I was denied. Now that I qualify hands down for disability due to worse health, they’re interested in my case again. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

We appreciate all Daggett Shuler has done for us in navigating personal injury and workers comp claims. We were able to concentrate on recovering and trying to get back to a normal life, while they handled the interaction with insurance, attorneys, etc. I am thankful we did not try to handle this ourselves. I was rear ended and called Daggett Shuler Attorneys At Law. This was the first time I ever needed a lawyer. I can say I made the right call. I met with Attorney Julie Bell who greeted me with much respect and I explained what happened with my accident. She told me that I had a case and she explained to me how things would play out.
