Bought my first car here last year and these guys made a really unexpected purchase incredibly easy. Patrick worked with me and is great and isn’t pushy at all. Amanda at the front desk is incredibly knowledgeable and it’s clear the entire team communicates well. Plus, $20 oil changes with them and the guys in the shop are efficient and always on it.

I went Into this dealership and from the very beginning I was amazed. I worked with Bob he was great he listened to what I needed and my past. I was NEVER at any time rushed I test drive 3 cars finally finding the one I wanted I looked under the hood with all of the cars I drove Bob was there with me the whole step and listened to any concern I may have had. He was super professional and very patient. I definitely recommend this place this is what car buys should be. I will be back to get another one from them. Great work D1

So I had a very harsh review for this dealership that I have been compelled to change. I had a horrible start with this dealership. I had a lot of minor issues with my car from the jump. some of them were fixed, others ignored by the shop manager, these turned into big problems and I ended up having to take out another loan and pay THOUSANDS of dollars to get all the issues fixed. the worst part was the shop manager was awful to me. A few weeks ago I again had some issues so I dropped it off at the dealership. this time this issue was fixed quickly and at a very good price. Best of all I was treated like a person who had intelligence. learned that they recently got a new shop manager and the difference from my experiences is night and day. I feel like we are one the road to doing fair business. great turn around guys...also I must say Amanda is great she'll help out any way she can

I am very pleased with the service I have received from d1 auto credit. They have been very helpful and they are also understanding and willing to help you out in any way they possibly can. I came in looking to find a way better car then I had and they gave me the best car that was fit for myself and my children for a good price as well. I called and asked how much just one tire would be for my car and they were willing to help me with a finance option so I could replace all four of my tires for very little down. I would definitely send a family member or a friend to get a car here. They are awesome!!!!

I'm not a buying customer. Went in there this morning and it's true they don't run your credit but the catch is you need 20 to 30 percent down of the asking price. I'm pregnant with baby number 4 and need a 3rd row seat and they tried to sell us a Jeep Grand Cherokee that only seats 3 kids in the back. So disappointed cause they got good reviews but they will not work with you if you don't have the 20 to 30 percent down. I would not recommend.

I've bought my last two trucks from these guys and both experiences were wonderful. They're honest straight shooting and easy to get along with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Just tonight I had a fuel pump issue and the whole team stayed late get it resolved. True professionals!!

I would give a higher rating if I could cause these guys actually care.. they understood my financial situation and other factors in my life making it hard to finance, and worked with me ALL day to get me in a car that I liked and that would suit my needs.. when it came to getting insurance, they even helped me find the best deal. Great car with a great warranty and very reasonable monthly payments with a VERY short term! Couldn't be happier.. even helped me get in the car the same day without having the entire down deposit up front... impeccable. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I went in to get an oil change. The gals at the counter and Carl were very helpful and got us in right away. While we were there, they noticed uneven tire wear and referred us down the street for an alignment and saved us expensive repairs in the future. They were even able to get us a small but much appreciated discount on the alignment. The oil change was prompt and reasonably priced.

Amazing place!!! Landis (Manager) and the car salesman (Bob) are incredible and they make it very easy to get approved based on what you can afford. I was able to afford and leave in my dream car (Acura TL 06') for a low down payment and a low monthly payment!! And I'm only paying for 2 years and a few months!!!!! I'm very happy and will be purchasing another car here. The fact that my car was in mechanically great condition, I automatically knew that their shop had perfected this vehicle the right way!!! Couldn't be happier!

We had an awesome experience with D1!! Our car broke down on a Sunday afternoon. Went to D1 on Tuesday and drove off the lot with the vehicle we chose! Bob was super helpful in every way!!! He explained everything in simple terms, was able to get us a short term loan, and a deferred down payment!!! We couldn't be happier with D1 :) Thank you for everything yall do!!! P.S. someone stole our temp tag a week and half after purchasing our vehicle. I contacted Bob and he was able to get us everything we needed without having to go to the lot. Thank you Bob...YOU ROCK!!!

My daughter purchased a vehicle from D1 and it broke down within 2 weeks. 3 mechanics found it to be epoxied together (super glue) and the engine not worth repairing. Lloyd wanted it towed to his shop with no guarantee that he would repair it. Why bother? Just more costs! So $8,000 later we have a black BMW heap of junk! Way to represent your industry Lloyd! This is the car dealer on Washington St in Thornton. You should be ashamed of your self!

D1 auto credit is an awesome dealership. They work with you and when there's a problem with your car they are there to service you as quickly as they can. I have had my car for almost 2 years and they get me in and out. I have sent others to them for cars. Everyone here is awesome.

Family, is the best word for this dealership. I have been with D1 Auto Credit for a couple of years. What an amazing group of people. They know how to treat each individual and never turn their back on anyone. I will never buy from another dealership ever. These are the go to guys!!!! Hats off to Karl and Landis and everyone else. I just received my title after finishing paying of vehicle. Pretty good customer service. They accommodate you and work with you when you struggle with making that monthly payment. Yes, they start calling when the payment is past due but it is all part of the business. As for the vehicle quality people you all have to know that it is a used vehicle car lot. But overall I think it is a good place to shop for a used vehicle. Did not feel pressured when we first walked in to shop. We did have issues with the vehicle but remember it is a used car lot. They do honor the warranty. We would recommend to friends and family. Good doing business with you all D1 Auto Credit. They earned my business....

I have been very impressed by this company. I just purchased my very first car here. They work with you to get a good down payment. Only down side is that because your car range is based on your income, no credit check, you may not get the exact type of car you want. Even still, the car you get is going to be pretty good. Highly recommend for those with low to no credit, low income, or just someone who doesnt want their credit affected my car place and bank credit checks.

We purchased a vehicle here almost a month ago and had troubles with the vehicle. We were worried. Ended up being the alternator. D1 gave us a holiday blessing and replaced the alternator and did our oil change free of charge. After such a tough day that lead to the repairs, D1 turned our day around and made us believe in good people. Thank you D1. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a good vehicle and a shop that is willing to help you.

Went in with a good friend that couldn’t get approved anywhere else for a vehicle less than an hour later he was driving home in a nice car at a reasonable price. Lisa was a firecracker and very easy to deal with. I would recommend this place for anyone that suffers from bad credit.

This place is awesome!!!! I have now bought 2 cars there and will eventually buy a 3rd. The experience is awesome Karl, Landis, April, and Bob were great. They really take care of you. When I call there everyone n knows my name it's like the Cheers of car buying. If you are looking for a great place to get a car I highly recommend D1.

So far I'm not impressed with this place... Got a Ford explorer from there a month ago then the "transfer case" goes out has to get fixed to find out it's actually the transmission. Ok that fixed which is cool but they completely ignored the sounds I told them about after the test drive it was still making a rattle/whistling noise maybe even grinding. I take it back they stay it's the pulley and tensioner. Say they will replace it in a few hours I wait. Shouldn't of waited for them they didn't do anything I'm 100 percent sure of it because the sound is now getting worse... This place seems to not be trustworthy at this point and if you stand up for yourself and ask them to fix it. Seems like they will just bs around and leave the job undone so you have to keep coming back over and over again... Just because they don't want to do the job. Just an update along with all that my vehicle has now been having issues going into park and starting about the same day or day after last visit to "fix my truck"... I doubt they have people look the vehicles over very well before or after maintenance. All this during to covid outbreak but they didn't care about repairing my vehicle right or what strugglings I would face due to the lack of work ethics at this place. This place is not to be trusted. The boss guy will treat you like you don't know anything and they know everything... Will ignore the advice your giving them and completely treat you like some incompetent fool. They only care about the money and keeping you just satisfied enough that when your warranty expires they wont have to work with you again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless your desperate for a car and are prepared to get treated like a brainless money bag that doesn't matter.

This is place I bought my first car from and I have no complaints. There customer service is amazing and are always willing to help answer your questions. Also, love the $20 oil changes they give to me! Highly recommend these guys.
