D'Addario Cadillac Bridgeport Ave, Shelton

This is a great, great dealership. I came here after having some of the worst experiences that I have ever had at Cadillac of Greenwich. Their Service Department lied to me saying that I had had an oil change last August even though there was no evidence to support this like having a sticker on my windshield indicating that I had had an oil change at a certain mileage. D'Addario confirmed that I had not had an oil change. In addition, Cadillac of Greenwich told me that it would cost me approximately $275 for them to change my car's oil and rotate the tires. D'Addario changed the oil and rotated my tires for no cost.

Super super dealership, from customer service/care, 2ru staffing & management nothing compares, will visit as always. Give'em a shot 👍🏽

When I brought my car in for a repair under warranty I also asked D'Addario to give the car a good once-over, after having recently driven over a curb. Turned out that curb had caused far more damage than I imagined. High-five to Jessica, who was as much my therapist as she was my point person at D'Addario, through what was a long insurance claim and repair process. The car is now finished, but also runs far more smoothly now than it ever did before the incident! Really?! This is my first GM vehicle. I never imagined that the experience I would have at a dealer's repair shop might make me loyal to a brand. But that has become extremely likely, if the service I've received so far continues.

Service Advisor Chris Diesel was very professional, The service entrance area was very clean, Plus it is wheelchair accessible (Great stuff). The services provided on our Cadillac ATS-V were performed quickly and accurately. Thanks to Chris and the entire D'Addario Cadillac team for a very pleasant experience.

People are always curtious and pleasant. Today I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. It would have been helpful if I knew prior to my appt so I would have made other arrangements instead of waiting in the waiting in the room. I had a 10 am appt. It is 11:45 and have not been called. Not a happy camper.

This dealership took parts of my car and lied about it! They won’t fix your car they would swap your good parts for old parts off another car these guys won’t work with you when it comes down to a discount after they messed your car up and they’re Expensive I recommend everyone who sees this review to go to Mattie's car service center in Milford ct because there are they are reasonable and he told me the truth On what's exactly was wrong with the car and how they will fix it

Great place very consistent in both food quality and portions.

From day one I have been unimpressed with this dealership and with Cadillac as a whole. No one here seems happy, paperwork is always missing, they once lost my car "somewhere" on their lot, and explanations of issues are generally poor, if provided at all. None of the overall poor customer experience seems to be isolated to this dealership alone but seems to permeate all Cadillac dealerships, friends in MA and NY seem to have the same issues. Because of my overall poor experiences with GM, Cadillac, and the dealership, I have traded in my Cadillac for an Audi and I will not be back.
