The following is personalized to my experience with William Bateson at the Province Mortgage CT Office. On top of that I would add that my overall experience with Province was very positive and based on what I went through in the last year or so they (especially Bill) are the only home loan and mortgage experts I would recommend. Bill very literally saved my home purchase. I was originally advised to work with Bill by my realtor but I decided to work with my bank instead believing that doing so would be doing myself a favor. To the contrary - the bank made things very difficult, impersonal, and drawn out. My mortgage was denied by the other lender and Bill was able to untangle and navigate through what was admittedly a difficult loan to get approved in half the time it took my bank to eventually decline my loan application. Bill obviously knows his business very well. He operates confidently and passionately; it was obvious to me throughout the whole process that Bill was very invested in my home purchase. It felt like a team effort. I had to remind myself more than once that Bill must be the busiest he's ever been these days - for him to put the amount of care and work he put into even one other project at the same time as mine must have been a heroic effort on his part. Again my loan wasn't a typical situation so Bill and I worked together for a couple of months. This guy is a professional but he made me feel like I was getting the family treatment. Before I met Bill I wouldn't be able to write this up while hanging out in own living room for the first time in my life. Great communication with Bill. He's on top of if not ahead of the ball and has full ownership of the technology at his disposal. It's crazy to me how different my experience was with Bill versus Charles from TD. Though we have never met, Bill is always welcome at my home as it wouldn't have been mine without his expert assistance. Thank you Bill.

Matt was exceptional! No words to describe how helpful he was. First of all, I don’t think my call ever went to voicemail which was great. Matt is a true professional!! Super knowledgeable, insightful, and thorough. What I really appreciated was his attention to detail.
