Cyprus Credit Union E 400 S, Salt Lake City

I just tested every bank within 2 min of this location. And this is it chief. Best rates, best service. New Customer - Will Update as I recieve more services. Opened a personal checking and savings, along with just about an hour of inquiry on all their products for business and credit. The Branch Manager was extremely knowledgeable and was able to assist in things I had not even considered yet. Provided points of contact for everyone, provided all the information on hard paper, and always smiled and kept it real. The teller that was there, was one of the most energetic happy type people I have ever met, so given the last reviews I am unsure if they restructured or if the people were the problem, but they have 5 stars from me.

Absolutely amazing. I didn't have the best credit score but they helped me any way. Every time I go there they are eager to help and find solutions to all if any problems. This credit union is amazing and I recommend to everyone.

Once again their customer service was horrible, rude what is wrong with these people. It was a different girl and my business partner. He was treated like a criminal for trying to deposit a check in to our business account. If I was not looking for a better bank already from the last time and the customer service of their business department , I am now. Cyprus may not be the oldest credit union in Utah for long if their customer service and treatment of long term clients does not change. They dress like hobos they have no manners. As there adds and hold music states our customers or first over and over again, someone should inform the manger Cindy and her staff of that motto because they don’t act that way at all. They laugh behind customers backs and the customers and their needs come last after the employees fun and games are over. The one teller their is just horrible he is not professional in any way shape or form . He down right lied to me telling me an issue was resolved when it had not been at all. They surely do not want to customers money or to help customers in anyway. This could be why there are never any customers at that branch . Cyprus should just leave the atm open and close the office and fire all the employees. Do not bank at this branch, close your accounts and move to different banks or credit unions

Been banking with Cyprus for 10 years. Their lazy since this video teller thing. Always directing me to the video teller. Takes 3X as long and there’s always an issue. 0 stars if I could.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. Had fraudulent activity on my card. They solved it quickly and refunded all of my money.

Isn't funny and ridiculous at the same time that when we write a bad review for this credit union they ask you to send them an e mail too? On top of them doing a million things wrong in the last couple of years ( at least in my experience) they also throw a chore on us? " PLEASE SEND US AN E MAIL AT FEEDBACK @ CYPRUS .COM" WHAT???? pick up the phone and call the customer if you really want to know more about our bad experiences , it is you guys's job , not ours, you people work for Cyprus, members do not. That is exactly one of your problems right there!

Don't do business here this is the branch with the worst service most awkward and rude employee's and stupidest policies. In fact boycott Cyprus until they make there standard policy to work for the customer not look for anyway they can run them off.

Just spoke with a loan specialist on 02/25/2021 by the name of Darlene and she was phenomenal!!!! She went through my entire account/accounts and made sure I was receiving every benefit that was available to me with every account I had with cyprus. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for Darlene and cyprus for all they do for me and my family. They really do look out for my best interests.

Don’t Trust with your money. Apparently it takes a solid two weeks and an account hold to cash a large check here. I understand security around large checks but with today’s tech and security verifications this shouldn’t be an issue. Definitely should freeze all funds in my account and take 10 days. CINDY MAGEE a branch manager and front desk more interested in Diet Coke then helping customers and verifying and getting customers **their** money. very unimpressed unhelpful and rude have banked here for over 14 years and will be moving on to a institution that values customer service, professionalism and with the means to verify and handle adult banking.

This branch is easy to find, has ample parking, a nice open layout, and a super friendly staff (Thanks, Annika... sorry if I'm butchering the spelling of your name). There's never been a line, and nothing has ever taken me more than 5 minutes. I've not interacted with them in a sophisticated way, but for day-to-day banking they've been perfect.
