They were not helpful at all, after I tried to get information about my records of 4 different closings and sales all handled threw old original cygneture title, that handled 3 and kept records that were covered with title ins.. an my 4th closing was done in the middle of there move from one location an old location the closing was held at both due to sellers arriving different times. They said they get rid of all old files, but they dont ask or send them to sellers or buyer...I worked for old cygneture title we never got rid of files that we held title ins. On even if we did change owners or ins. Co. If you sell them title you should have to keep there file because they are the ones who have to fill out all title ins. Requirements..

Absolutely fantastic company! I wish all title companies were like this 1. Anytime I'm in the area I will definitely be using them. alh realtor like myself a good title company is so nice to have and these guys are at the top of my list.

They do NOT “go the extra mile” for you like their website says. Going the extra mile would mean providing property tax information like other title companies! Watch your back and due dates if you do not escrow because they won’t do the simple extras for you!

Very efficient in processing title. A little expensive compared to some I compared with, but you get what you pay for.

Been in real estate for 20 years, this is the worst title company I have seen. They put down clients social security number wrong and have the most horrible attitude toward a solution.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Cygneture offered an incredibly efficient closing process for my mortgage with extremely low prices. The staff gave me piece of mind and did and excellent job before, during, and after closing. Would highly recommend to family and friends!
