I am SO pleased with Custom Mortgage. This was our first home purchase and it could not have gone more smoothly. Erica DaVia Tressmer is an incredible associate. TOP NOTCH. She was attentive and knowledgeable and made our experience so stress free. She really knows her stuff. Best of all, she explained everything to us along the way so we felt really comfortable with the entire process. On top of all of that, she closed our loan in literally EXACTLY 30 days. That's so uncommon. And super awesome for us! I highly recommend Erica to anyone looking to buy a house! She deserves a showcase front and center!

I worked with this company in the past and it was an amazing experience, but I worked with Dan. I have been working with Erica and have had the worst experience. I really hate to give bad reports, but she was very unprofessional with her tone of voice and wrongful accusations. I will not work with a company that is not professional.
