TLDR: Craig and his team were absolutely amazing & the only complaint I have is the inability to give more than 5 stars. We were planning to go through a credit union since this was our first home and we'd heard it was cheaper that way. However, after weeks of waiting for responses to emails, phone calls that seemed to go nowhere, and overall stagnation in the process we were referred to Craig & his team. The difference was ABSOLUTE in every possible regard. We called on a Saturday morning, expecting to set an appointment. Craig met with us that afternoon, had a rough estimate done while we sat with him, and sent us an email about our pre-approval before we even made it home. And as first-time homebuyers with a budget trying to navigate the mayhem of Denver's housing market, we had a LOT of questions... Craig was always incredibly responsive, clear, and went above & beyond for us. When there was a technical error with the system not locking our rate, he was relentless in getting us the lower rates. When there was an issue with the HOA a week before closing, he tracked down the person responsible and made sure the problem got fixed right away. And he saved us a ton of money along the way. Seeing him at closing felt more like hanging out with an uncle than the end of a transaction, and he made sure we knew to let him know when we were considering repairs/improvements so he could get us in touch with some contractors he trusted. I cannot recommend Craig and his team highly enough.

My refinance was a great experience all around! Chuck helped me get my credit score up so that I could do the refinance, where as the company that I purchased my home through didn't even want to help me once they saw that my credit score needed some work.
