I try getting my plates for my car here and I couldn’t. They were saying the title wasn’t sign by the owner and the owner doesn’t have to sign because it was sold in an auction by the agent of the bank. I was able to get my plates in a different location. Don’t go here. Very rude. They think they know it all when they have no knowledge in titles and plates. Very bad attitude too. This the last time I going there.

I came in to cash a check. And the lady who helped me was very helpful but as I was observing all the other ladies working with her, they were very rude to the customers that would come in and didn’t even bother to give any assistance in any way in what they should do. A few people left upset and they really didn’t care that they were losing customers. Not good for business.

When in to get my plates transfer it was quick and easy. Price was reasonable. Great costumer service 👏 Will recommended 👌 Thank you once again for the help!👍

Terrible customer service. Lady working the phone is rude and did not like answering my questions regarding plate stickers. I get that she works at a currency exchange and hates her job, but come on. There are many exchanges locally avoid this one at all costs!

Horrible place the staff is super rude they don’t want to help they just make it more complicated for everyone. You guys should train your staff to have more culture 👎🏾

Do not waste your time going to this location. I called ahead to make sure they are able to do the service that I needed before I went there with both of my small children. Over the phone they told me they were able to do what I requested and then I get there they told me they can not complete what I had requested to be done. Very unprofessional. They tell you one thing over the phone and tell you something different when you get there. Horrible service. Never going back there again. What a waste of time.

If you don’t like your job get a new one. 🥴No need for the nasty attitudes.

The person I went to was treating me like a number...older, short hair and very slow. The other women had 3 customers before this one finished me...my experience was next time I radder pay 2 dollars more and 10 miles

The notary would not accept my military ID to notarize a document. When I showed her the law, she said she can make her own rules as a notary on what she will/will not accept. Ridiculous.

The young lady in there was very nice. I like this place
