Horrible service I felt discriminated because I was not polish. She did not want to do anything at all for me. Did not even try to attempt to help me. This place needs a change of staff. If you want service please don’t come here it’s a waste of time. If I was able To give this place negative stars I would.

One person working. I tried to transfer a title, right off the bat she made and excuse why she couldn't do it. Computers are down. B.s

They make mistakes! Horrible service! They made mistakes on my two titles. After a months dealing with Secretary of State I still have wrong titles! Avoid this place for your sake! And they wanted paperwork for picking plates as in previous review. Horrible service! One star is way too much!

This currency exchange has one star for every reason. The employees here are ridiculously rude, if you aren’t polish don’t even bother coming here. I came in to pick up plates for a motorcycle and they gave me attitude asking for paperwork....keep in mind you don’t need paperwork to pick up a license plate, all you need is a valid ID. After giving attitude back to the miserable employee she began to respect me because she realized i’m not putting up with her attitude. If you’re really looking to ruin your day and get angry i highly advise you pay them a visit.

After a frustrating day I had one last stop to make at the currency exchange which I was not looking forward to. I had a few questions about my trailer registration since the title had a hiccup and I was sure none of them will be answered since that is mostly the case. I was pleasantly surprised with an employee named Kinga. She answered all my questions, took her time and even called the DMV for me to have it fixed and registered Great service will be coming back again. Thanks!

Super rude no respect for customers at all!!! They are supposed to closed at 6 pm I was there 550pm they said it's closed

Lazy personnel. Many people are in the line and the lady with red hair from 40 minutes just try to do nothing.

I don't think I have ever had to wait very long while cashing a work check here at all. I usually don't go in a very busy day (Friday's or time or day (evening) but when I have, I've never had to wait too long in line. They seem pretty nice and I haven't experienced a bad attitude when dealing with three tellers

Worst posible customer expierence,cashier said she gave me my change when she never did it, when I asked to check the camers, she teply she couldn't do it, because she had no autority, and she insist she gave my change.

Only one star because I have to but don't even deserve that. Employees are very rude, specially the African American older lady. The fees are also higher than other currency exchange. I just went there because is close to my job but I rather drive father and go to my usual location at Pulaski and Kedzie.
