Everybody seems to know what they are doin except for the fat Hispanic lady with the short hair every time I come it’s an issue I’ve been cashing work checks there for 4 years she’s the only one that asks for i.d then my friend tried to cash a work check she stated she can’t do it and my friend had id and she still claimed she couldn’t do it but when a Hispanic customer comes in there is no problem at all she needs to be fired or transferred

Lady was being discriminating towards me all I wanted to do was cash my check and because I live in Chicago she couldn’t cash it supposedly according to her plus they take forever to attend you here

My hubs went to get a plate sticker. Hubs asked what was wrong since it was taking forever, cashier responded "This is what happens when everyone waits too late to get their plate stickers". Proceeds to ask him did he want to wait another 30 minutes. Very unprofessional, will not be back to this location.
