Currency Exchange S Halsted St, Harvey

I tried cashing my check there and mind you i have never been to a currency exchange before and the lady at the desk was completely rude. I didnt know that you had to sign the check at the desk in front of them and i had signed it in the car. She literally has an attitude when i was not giving her one. She said that i couldnt cash it because since i signed it already i could have mobile deposit it. I dont have a bank so that isnt possible. And after i left i tried calling and asking if there was another place i could go and she literally hung up on me. In general do not go here terrible service with snotty attitudes. The lady needs to be fired and they need to get shut down immediately.

Experience was horrible. They have no customer service skills and their professionalism is a disgrace. Walked in and was discriminated against right away. This place of business should not be open. Out of all the currency exchange place we went to, I understand why this location was empty.

Went too this place to take care of some business. Had to go down The street for proper service. The two tellers that were there seemed. Rude, Ghetto and Lazy. Avoid this dumpy currency exchange.

Horrible service! I tried to call for registration prices and before I could fully ask the question the lady outs me on hold twice!! With an attitude too like it's hard to answer a quick question, if you don't have to dont to to this location. Trying to find corporate number so she can get fired

They stereotype young black men I tried cashing my college refund check and they gave me a hard time.

Quick to turn you around for the smallest reasons. They give off negative vibes as soon as you walk in. Most of the employees are rude and treat the customers like they came to rob the place. Not ideal if you're looking for acceptable customer service. If you cash a check there do it as soon as you can. I had a check that said void after 120 days. The woman told me, because it had been three months (90 days) their policy says They cannot cash it. Funny thing is, if she actually tried to do her job she would have known that my check had two days left before the technical 3 month period was reached. They come off easily irritable. Only come here if you have no other options.

I cash my check at currency exchange every week I decided to go to this one because its closer to my house and my part time job pays under the table they put my check under review and wouldn't cash it, the woman was very nasty about it. I dont recommend going here.
