We recently closed on our new home with CTC as the mortgage company. The home had become available last minute, and we needed a fairly quick closing process. The folks at CTC were fantastic to work with. Aaron Casanova was our primary contact, and I can’t say enough about how helpful he was. There were a lot of quick turnaround items to deal with, and he was always on top of it. We always knew exactly where everything stood and what the next steps were. When we had questions (and there were lots of them) he was always there and readily available. Very highly recommended!

We were looking to refinance our current home in order to have the funding to purchase a new home. We got in contact with David Costello which turned out to be the best thing we could have done. Helpful mortgage/Loan Officers that helped me process my mortgage fast and efficiently. Olga and Melania kept me up to date on where I was in the process and what was required on my end to get everything going. The mortgage process in general is never really a great experience as companies ask for large amounts of financial documents, but CTC kept the process as painless.... as the process can be.

I shopped for a mortgage with 5 highly rated Mortgage Companies. I received their proposals and completed a line-by-line cost comparison. While three the loan offers were identical for the interest rate of 2.250% the cost to get the 2.250% (Paying Points) from each lender were different. Each lender was charging a different Point Purchase Fee to guarantee the 2.250% rate. I eliminated one of the lenders due to their Point Purchase Fees being very expensive. I took the two remaining lenders' proposals and meet with my accountant to review. We selected CTC Mortgage because they had the best mortgage offer and incentive program. I would absolutely recommend CTC Mortgage to anyone considering purchasing a new home. They were very easy to work with and keep me informed on the loan status. The most important thing a barrower can do is shop several mortgage lenders and compare offers. CTC Mortgage although not as well-known as some of the larger lenders they had the best proposal of the 5 lenders I contacted.

I would just like to start off by saying wow. My wife and I bought our first home with the assistance and guidance of Alec and Tara. Every time I had a question, Alec answered with the utmost honesty and professionalism. It was such a pleasure working with both of them during this purchase. My experience with CTC mortgage was really working with my loan processor Corazon Vergara and my loan officer David Costello. Two better people are hard to find. They are responsive , competent , kind and always have my best interest at heart. They worked together to make sure I got my mortgage at the best rate available at the time. They found ways to help me in anyway I needed. They answered all my questions sometimes the same question a few times. i am new to getting a mortgage based on 1099 income and pensions. it was a different process than a W-2 mortgage with a set amount of income and for a few years prior. I appreciated the work and finding ways to make the process easier. I would recommend CTC mortgage always. There was a short time Cora was unavailable and one of her colleagues filled in. He was also excellent. I am thankful PGA Verrano recommended me using CTC. I was also appreciative to get a signing rebate on the mortgages well.

I was grateful for the deep experience of CTC. I feel fairly certain that without their knowledge of the industry and creativity, I might not have landed the mortgage I got at the rate I got. CTC- quite ethically - raised the possibility that I might not get approved when things were sticky heading into the due diligence date. I was given fair notice in time for me to recover my earnest money rather than take a risk. I stayed in. I was certain that CTC was going to pull out all stops to make it happen. I never thought that my application had gotten lost in the mix, even when communication was sparse. Really glad to have met this group. The process is never fun, but I was well looked after.
