Outstanding Team! To make our offer more competitive, we put in our offer that we could close in 30 days. We were on our 11th offer and the frustration was growing. When we finally landed an offer, our loan officer unfortunately became ill and suggested we use a different lender that could meet the 30 day Escrow.
