CSE Federal Credit Union - Lake Cable Fulton Dr, Canton

I am so thankful for the employees at CSE Federal Credit Union. I needed help with a technological issue on the cell phone, logging in, downloading apps, retrieving my statement to pay the credit card bill etc. The teller (Sue) at the inside counter worked with me to remove the block, log into my account, pay my bill until she could help no further. (Too many attempts locked me out) A safety issue to my benefit. She referred me to Lori’s office where, I was able to sit and gather my composure, then Lori calmly and slowly walked me through numerous steps to open my account, explaining tabs in detail and assisting me in changing my password. I had also switched cell phone providers since the last time I was in my account, which was another inconvenience that the ladies help me get through. More than once the friendly staff has given me personal attention and with a smile.

I have never felt more at home in my life, just like family. I am in awe of all the great features they have with their accounts. I highly recommend CSE to anyone that wants a reliable company in handling their finances. I am so happy I went to see them.

To answer the response from CSE: I did not call the number. I got it figured out through the service I was trying to pay. Original Review, a few days ago (5 stars): Friendly people and beautifully designed inside. I'm not sure who they had do the work, and I didn't want to take too many pictures inside the bank, but it is elegant. I was slightly disappointed that they can't help with their own bill-pay. They told me that I have to use their app. And when I told them I tried that, they gave me a number to call. The way of the world these days I suppose.

CSE made my car buying experience great! The staff at Lake Cable were so very pleasant welcoming. I’ll recommend anyone that is looking into a loan this branch and team.

The Lake Cable Branch is always so helpful and great to deal with. I stopped in to make some changes to my account, and Lori saw that the teller was a bit unsure how to handle things (it was complicated) so she jumped in and helped me with everything that needed done. Great customer service!

I bank with CSE Federal Credit Union because I've always like the exoerof a credit union as opposed to one of the banking companies. Today I'm especially glad to be with CSE because they were looking out for me when fraud happened on my debit card. Very fast service and especially pleasant people to work with. I scheduled a meeting to create a new account and I found everyone very friendly and helpful. Specifically I worked with Lori Scroggs and she patiently and clearly explained everything involved and completed everything needed to accomplish what I needed to get done. On top of all that, she also helped me fix a problem I had created for myself with online access for the app and online banking. I’m very happy to become a member of such a good credit union with excellent staff.

I've worked with a bunch of reps at car for a variety of loans and they're always excellent to work with. Last Thursday I used the online application to apply for a used car loan and Sarah got back to me before I left work that day with a pre-approval. I was fortunate enough to find one I wanted this weekend and today the loan was approved and I'm going to get my car! Sarah went above and beyond to weigh all my options and found the best type of loan to get me the lowest payment and fairest interest rate.

Sarah was amazing. She was so helpful and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend her to anyone.

Angela helped me with my car loan. She was delightful. I've been a long time customer of CSE and their employees are why. Angela went above and beyond helping me with finding the car, financing the car, and the purchase of the car. She was friendly, thoughtful, and understanding. She walked me through everything and I could not have done it without her. Also, the rates!! I went to a dealership that said they can beat any rate 99% of the time and they could not beat the rate I got from CSE.

I used CSE to help purchase a vehicle for myself and refinance my wife's. The customer service we experienced was excellent. Our loan officer Kara Chambers did everything in her power to make the process simple and efficient. The assistant manager Lori was so helpful and the staff was so kind! They made sure I understood everything and gave me so many options. They were so quick yet efficient setting up both my checking and savings. I was having the worst day and wasn't expecting much but I came out feeling so much better. Thank you CSE!

Sarah was such an amazing and attentive Loan Officer!! She helped immensely with all questions and everything I needed when I was purchasing my vehicle and she made sure everything was taken care of super fast!! When I called today for help with setting up online access, Lori was an amazing and very patient help for me!!! She stayed on the phone the entire time and walked me through everything!! Lori was fantastic in helping me open my very first business account. When I failed to provide a letter authorizing my EIN number she made it very easy for me to email her the document the moment I received it. And Lori, I loved how your appointment notifications went right into my phones calendar. One less step I had to take.

CSE was great to work with on my auto loan. The application was quick and easy, and it's impossible to beat their rates on loans for used cars. Sarah Fetrow was super responsive throughout the process. I'd never had my own financing ready to go when car shopping, and I appreciate how she walked me through it.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Loan officer was extremely professional. I had a fraud alert on my credit report due to my debit card being compromised, and she took the necessary steps to patiently verify my identity. They were able to get me a 12% rate reduction over my current card. Highly recommended! I will be using them exclusively for all of my future loan needs!
