Me and my friend went to Krystal‘s notary to get a truck transferred into my name. My friend was standing in line right outside the door to stay 6 feet away from the customer that was in front of him. A girl walked in and jumped in front of my friend, I told the girl that she was cutting the line. Crystal or whatever her name was that was working behind the counter saw my friend waiting right outside the door because it’s a small place. When I told Crystal that The girl was cutting the line she said no she wasn’t when she clearly saw my friend there first right outside the door. So she let the girl turn in the plate anyway even though we were there first, and we started talking about fees, The whole time we were talking about fees she kept adding fees and adding fees and adding fees just to upset us. When I finally said OK do the paperwork the lady told me to drop my attitude. She clearly doesn’t know me Bc I didn’t have an attitude. I don’t know who she think she was talking to but I let her know that she was the one that needed to drop her attitude. She was very rude and unprofessional and If I could give this place zero stars I would. This lady clearly needs a lesson in manners and professionalism. After I told her that she could drop her attitude she told me I I could take my business elsewhere. Don’t dish it out if you can’t take it. I will never ever ever go to this place again, and I will make it my mission to let everybody know about my unpleasant experience!
