    Went for an oil change and to find out about a warranty part that had been ordered for me 6 weeks ago. I was told they would look into the part that was ordered. 4 hours later my vehicle is done and they replaced the part that was under warranty. That was great news, but it would have been better if someone had called when the part came in and if they would have told me they were replacing the part while I waited. (Which they were aware of) I have been here 5 or 6 times in the past year and have waited, on average a minimum of 2 hours for an oil change. The service department is extremely slow, not to mention, didn’t bother covering the passenger seat while they replaced the part needed. They left the steering wheel filthy which you can clearly see in the picture below where I wiped it down, grease on the seat and what appears to be metal shavings or something similar on the seat. I will not be back.

    We came in looking for a truck since our truck was getting old and had a lot of miles on it. We met with Steve as soon as we walked in the door He was Very, very professional salesman we told him our situation and what our payment range was and he went to work, showed us around and he really helped us out and we found a truck that fit our needs!! We started the buying process and the Sales Manger Ron came out to meet us and talk to us about our trade then he went to work for us and was able to get us more money for our trade than we expected and made the deal happen!! My husband was upset and worried about what our payment would be and Both Steve and Ron were very professional, very caring was worried about our situation and tried to accommodate us in every way to make our buying experience painless, and made it a pleasure to be there and we felt like we were at home and not just a customer!! The finance manager was awesome he went above and beyond to make our deal happen(sorry can’t remember his name)! We will definitely buy from them again and will give our family and friends their number!! Hands down!! This is not your typical dealership, we felt no pressure, no anxiety at any time to buy, we felt at home, and our whole experience was awesome!!!!!!     I brought my truck into the service department and was having issues with my trailer lights. I had everything but running lights and they did a diagnostic on it and they had to order a new connector trailer tow and would call me when it was in. They set up the appt 2 weeks later and I brought the truck in. He put the part in and when he hitched it to the trailer I still had no running lights. He went under the hood and said it must be a fuse. He put a fuse in and it worked. I feel like it was the fuse in the first place and I didn't need the connector at all. I feel a little burnt like the fuse for $336. He said it probably blew during the test. I tried calling to speak to a manager and couldn't even talk to anyone. I will never again go to Crystal Dodge. If I could, it would be 1/2 star, not even 1 star. I am changing my review to 4 stars since I got a call from the service manager Jeremy who asked about the situation & handled it in a very professional way. He resolved the problem and I'm very satisfied and I am willing to try them again because of the way Jeremy handled the problem. Thank you Jeremy.

    My father brought his truck in for service last week. He was charged an astronomical amount, parts were replaced that were unnecessary and there was a miscellaneous charge on the receipt that we don’t know what it is. My dad was jerked around and I feel this [older] man was taken advantage of. I purchased a truck from Crystal and previously had an issue that was resolved. I took a chance on this dealership since they resolved my issue and recommended that my father take his truck there. The issue was resolved by checking something very simple that should have been checked from the beginning.

    Will never buy a car here again traded my 2017 Honda Accord here for a suv and said there was a warranty and after everything I took it back and they said my engine mounts were broken and I needed new ones plus also my rear cameras went out and also my ac vent stop blowing but no warranty there saying? They need to be more specific I’m paying loads of money for what there mistakes? I only had this car for a month !!and they can’t help me this is crazy I should of went back to the love Honda at least they would of fixed it why buy a new car if it’s broken now I have to put thousands of dollars down to fix it thanks a lot

    So my husband and I have purchased 2 vehicles here. First one was a new 2022 cab and chassis that still has issues with the software program. No one responds to his calls or repeated messages left. Repeated to service it is a known issue with this type of truck. Salesman was great but service and taking care of your customers keeps your business. Still waiting on a call to resolve.....it's been a 2 weeks and no response yet or phone call to schedule service for this. Left messages with service department.....

    if there was a zero review they would get it. like every other dealership they don't tell the truth. i bought a jeep from them. asked for the Carfax never got it. I looked it up myself. They lied. they said that they would fix the jeep. they did not and lied. will never go here again and no one should. they also don't like that their customer health is important.

    One star for this review is a gift. This is the 2nd time I've gone to Crystal first for a new truck because it is convenient and will be the 2nd time I buy at Ferman. This experience at Crystal was the worst experience I've ever had in buying a vehicle. This was my 2nd time dealing with Ron the sales manager. He will have someone call me in a few months at the end of a month after i already signed and leased with Ferman. That's what they did last time. Brandon? That's an entirely different experience. When a sales person tells you, you will call him before he calls you and all you did was a test drive, thats not a guy anyone should deal with. His attitude from jump sucked. This 22 Ram will be my 6th Ram truck and also my 3rd lease and I'm obviously qualified. You don't have to sell me on the truck and these two definitely didn't sell themselves or Crystal. BUYER BEWARE.

    The jeep I got has wheel locks on it and I never got the lock when I called to inform them that I needed the lock for the tires I was told they did not have it I told them about how I hade a flat and needed the key to change the tire I'm in Orlando they told me I would need to pay to have the jeep towed there and pay for a new key lock even though they never gave me the key lock when I bought the car also beware they changed my monthly payment on me after I hade the jeep for about a month and raised it from what I was told when I bought the jeep they said they hade issues with the financing so just be careful

    I was screwed by someone working there 4 years ago. I purchased a vehicle through another dealer that was financed through them after being matched up to this dealer. They used the other dealers total for the invoice but neglected to inform me that they discounted the sales taxes and dealer fees from what they paid the other dealer while still charging me the full amount. This is serious tax fraud and straight up unethical.

    I started this review on major frustration with the service department. But the truth is we do feel like we got good deals on both of our cars. We are very pleased with the warranties we purchased for them as well. They did print up my warranty info today so I have it on hand for another service provider which I will probably use. However they do attempt to correct things so I might try giving them one more chance.. if I'm a true gluten for punishment. All in all, at the very least, we will probably purchase with them again if we need another car anytime soon. Very on the fence with the service department though. Sales and warranty are good. Service is a joke. Just get your warranty information and find a service center that will be more efficient. Took several calls over 3 weeks just to get an oil change. Finally had to drive there twice in a day to get my service appointment, and they couldn't find me in the system. So they were like there are 4 cats in front if you now. So they're keeping my car all day for an oil change. I literally live 4 miles from there and they put me in the courtesy shuttle with guys going to brooksville and spring hill then literally drove me on a 20 mile+ trip to get home..? I love my cars and feel like they were good deals. But will not use the service center again. Everyone who works there including the courtesy driver however all do seem to genuinely care about you. The service department just hasn't been able to get it together for us once over several visits with two cars.

    Went into the dealership to purchase a vehicle that was listed on their website to later find out the vehicle is not on the lot, it is being driven by the Owner of the dealership. Upon asking for more info on the current miles on the car and asking if we can see it. We were told we need to purchase the car first then they will have the owner bring it in. We told them we were purchasing the car UNLESS something was wrong with it, which didn't seem to matter to the dealer. This dealership's owners clearly don't understand how business works and I'll never return. Purchased my vehicle from another dealership who was willing to do even the littlest thing for us.

    I purchase 2 challengers from them. My first one I was only given 1 key fob and a empty tank of gas, my second was a platinum certified used scatpack that had numerous issues and eventually caught fire due to faulty electrical. The gap insurance never covered and I had to pay out of pocket. I have been trying to get a refund on my gap insurance and my extended warranty for 1 year now. I have called numerous times and left dozens of voice mails. Do not buy a vehicle from them. Once they get the sale they could care less.

    My experience at Crystal was amazing! They were so accommodating and the salesman William was kind, informative, and a straight shooter.     Driving by daily, I have been wanting to upgrade my 2010 Wrangler to a newer model. I submitted the credit application knowing it was probably going to be a long shot. The next day a representative reached out to me and then we went in to talk to with Jeff. Jeff took our info and was helpful, but the reality of getting approved for the Wranglers on the lot was going to be difficult. I specifically wanted a White Wrangler, lifted, and somewhat with upgrade modifications was a plus. As we were sitting and waiting on an appraisal value for my current Wrangler, Ron a Sales Manager approached us, and talked to us about a possible trade in that was coming the next day. He showed me photos and I immediately knew I had to have this Jeep! After the trade arrived, we headed to Crystal after work. Ron immediately met us and had Joe S. take us for a test drive. The Wrangler was exactly what I was wanting! I loved it! I was very skeptical that the deal was still going to happen. After arriving back at the dealership, Joe and Ron both worked hard to make my dream come true! After a short time, Joe came back and congratulated me that we had a deal and was approved!!! We did not get to take the Jeep home that night, because they wanted to do their systems check since it was a new trade in. They offered a vehicle, but we have another one at home, so Joe offered and drove us home that evening late. Staying beyond his scheduled hours. I was elated... I am still elated. I walk by window just to stare at my new Jeep! I can not say enough about the awesome treatment we received from the staff at this dealership! Thank you to everyone for making my dream come true!     I bought my car here but was alittle less then happy with the finance department. So much so that I wasn't ever going to take my car here for service. Fast forward a few months and oops, got a nail in my tire. No worries, I bought road hazzard coverage and it is usable anywhere. I took her to another Dodge dealer who promptly said my tires had too little tread to patch and that do to the wear the ins co denied to claim. But not to worry they quoted me 350 per tire but if I buy 3 the 4th is free.. I quickly told them to get bent, my car has 4300 miles on it and I made the drive to Crystal. They got me in quickly and fixed the Tire FOC. I told the advisor what happened at FERMAN DODGE OF NPR and he just laughed. He said there is nothing wrong with the tire except the nail. In and out in less then an hour and all covered no problems. I even asked about setting up my first oil change and he said to wait I had atleast 700 miles left and not to waste the free services (I bought that package too) Thank you for an honnest service department. Fix the shaddy finance people and I will never shop anywhere else.

    As many others have said. This was the best overall experience I have had with a dealership. I had Mike Paonessa as my sales consultant and Troy Stafford who took care of working with the banks and paperwork. These two people are what made this experience the best. Mike took time and listened to my needs and what I was looking to do. They both went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy and taken care of. Here is a great example: Due to my old car being in the shop and the new sale still being finished, Mike even made sure I had a way to pick up my kids from school. How awesome is that. He went out of his way to help transport me and my kids! Troy was very thorough and quick with getting me taken care of as well. He took the time to answer any of my questions and he was very informative and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me. I normally get my cars worked on by Firestone, but not this time. I will be taking my new Dodge Journey to Crystal Dodge to get it serviced and to continue giving business to a company with people that truly care about helping their customers.     We tried about everywhere else in a 4 county radius. We came here with low hopes that we would be able to get what we were after with so many rejections already. But thru a miracle, well mainly the outstanding help of Kelly Plumer and staff, we drove home what we went after... same day! Kelly was awesome to work with, knowledgeable and very helpful.     Terrible experience. Purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler with Cash, no financing. Even purchased the optional $2,600 extended warranty. Had to bring in for service 7 days after purchase and the service department was horrendous. I've had better service from drive-through oil change places. They didn't update me all day, kept my car overnight without telling me, and then I had to harass them the next day to get answers from them on my vehicle. I eventually just said never mind and picked the vehicle up. I was going to consider buying a Challenger this month too... But I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

    Great and easy experience. I spoke to soon!!!! Since we bought our truck. It had an engine light come on. While the truck was being looked at, it came up with six codes. My husband replaced the the cabin filter. It had never been changed. It cost 1900.00 to get repaired. While at the mechanics a check was done on the truck. There had never been one service on our truck. This dealership sold us this truck with no service being done. I called the dealership, they said they would call me back after he did some investigations. To this day NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK!!!!!! Very dissappionted. Carla Phillips.

    Very disappointed with General service manager RYAN of this business, we had our vehicle in the shop sitting out front waiting for it with our 2 year old figure better outside then inside and her being loud and running around, she was knocking on the window that had little toys in the window and the GSM turned around and got angry and started banging on the window very aggressively because my daughter was knocking on the window , after we've been sitting her for over an hour I would say she has been a VERY WELL BEHAVED 2 YEAR OLD, when a grown man can't just come outside and nicely say something to us that's just ridiculous... I have done so much business for this place and bought over 5 cars with this place in general and this is how I and my family get treated , I seriously hope I get someone higher then him to respond to this and something said to him , it was like she was running around inside touching cars

    If you're looking for quality customer service, Adrion Khan is the one to ask for. I did not purchase a vehicle at this dealership but I did get a lot of useful, friendly advice from him. If I, or anyone I know, was interested in a car at that location/branch, he's who I'd recommend!     Worst CSR service I have ever encountered in my 35 yrs of new car purchases. Word of advice, don't try to sell me a new car when the last one had electronic problems from the beginning. Yeah, I bought it at Flammer, but I moved. If I bought it in Ohio do I need to do the cruise for every problem?     Initially was good responded to marketing flyer just to browse and see options and they were prompt and ready to assist. They were nice and made it easy but It was very pressurized at the end of the process trying to sell me a 2018 jeep compass 41 k miles we liked Initially for $ 27k that was waaaayyy overpriced. They came down to 25k ... I know Used car market is up but went home to ponder and do more research shopping and found I could buy the same car new 2021 for $28-29k. Similair models elsewhere for 2018 version 18-22k. Buyers Beware. Do your homework. Don't overpay.

    This is one of the very few Dodge/Chrysler dealerships that I’ve had a consistent and good experience with. I’ve been with Crystal for almost 2 years now and I’ve bought multiple vehicles from them, and they never disappoint. My best experience was when Kyle, one of the salespeople there, got me into a brand new 21 R/T ScatPack Challenger, with low miles, and it is GORGEOUS. Kyle did a great job helping me achieve my dream car! Kyle really stuck his neck out to help a customer out and keep business, I think he’ll do wonders for this dealership.     I use to have a lot of respect for the service department, but the last few visits have left a very sour taste in my mouth. The worst offense was they told me I needed 10 new bolts on my wheels because they were all rounded off and they had to be changed immediately to drive. The service person seemed very concerned, and thought I should contact whoever touched my car last. Once I informed them they were the last place to touch my car. I was then told that it was probably just natural wear and that "Jeeps are notorious for this." And wouldn't you know it, I didn't need 10 new bolts, I only need six. I have lost all confidence in this dealership. It's unfortunate because I felt they were always honest with me. I won't be back.

    Long story kinda. For my local area dealers had limited diesel 4 door jeeps. So no one had all the options I wanted. So the main combo was short remote start and hitch. Easy to add remote start $180. No easy plug and play. The hitch I had the dealer do. I do tow on the regular ( last trade in it did add to resale) Well Dealer installed hitch and wires, then went to use it and no power at all. I asked my wife to bring the jeep in so I didn't have to miss work. They said they didn't have any paperwork on the install. (Thank goodness I had the paperwork) then they tell my wife all good they had to add the code in the computer. Then I got a call from the dealer they need to reinstall all the wires ( the first mechanic didn't do the computer code ) So they added the code prob from a new wire kit. Now I have to miss work and do back to dealer and wait to see if they get it right this time. Now back to dealer and its just the the plug was wired wrong.     Cory, Kelly and Sal are AMAZING. We came in skeptical and damaged after over 15 years of countless bad dealings with car dealerships. They showed us we could trust them at every avenue and Kelly was so patient with us even through our resistance.     If I could rate them 0 star I would. BEWARE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are incompetent. They sold me a lemon. They had the vehicle in the shop 3 times before they would take it back only to put me in a over priced vehicle.. They screwed up the paperwork and tag several times. The general manager Paul is rude and untrustworthy along with the sales man Mike ( in spring hill dealership) . They will screw you anyway They can!!!

    Honestly pretty disappointed. Came in today to try and test drive a few cars and was told no not for free. Husband also made appointment to have his hellcat serviced two weeks in advance only to get a call 2 hours before the appointment that they couldn’t do the work because they don’t have enough staff. Worth the drive to go to New Port Richey Ferman sales and service team are much better. I will say the last time we drove up in the hellcat the same gentleman I spoke to today came running thank god they didn’t have the Durango I wanted on the lot then because definitely not the same service driving my daily Honda onto the lot. Won’t be back dude won’t be getting that commission I’ll drive the 30 mins to give it to Ferman.

    Bad expierience, got quote for 99.00 about 20.00 than other shops , than when went to pick up Vehicle charged I was charged 129.95 , I thought small shops do that kind of shady pricing , but a dealership Dont recomend crystal chrysler . And service adviser was not freindly at all. I will like to add to my review ,that within a day mr Jeremy from service called and told me there was an error and took care of the proper amount on my bill and honored the original quote, Also I would like to add the technicians did a great job on the alignment. Over all with my previous repairs and current ones I would recomend crystal chrysler to my family and friends best of all they care for their custumers.     horrible customer service this place should be embarrassed by how their salesmen treat customers. I did not catch his name but he was a bigger black male with a beard there who was 1the 3rd of the 3 salesmen to greet me within 5 minutes I get it that's their job so I understand they are going to talk with everyone that hits that lot what I don't understand is how the man couldn't take no I'm just looking at your inventory in person so I can see what the different trim levels look like. I told him I appreciate your help but im just looking give me a couple of minutes to look around your lot so I can make up my decision and then I will come find you. apparently that was not ok with him so he proceeds to tell me if you came to look you should of stayed home and looked at the pictures online, I then proceed to tell him that's not a good way to talk to potential customers so he then repeats him self even louder obviously all flustered and I say you just lost a customer with how rude your treating me he then proceeds to make fun of my girlfriends car cause of it being a Kia. completely unprofessional and too aggressive and apparently dosent like customers looking at their vehicles in person. if I could crystal dodge would get a 0 star.

    Found out they charged me over 10 grand more for my truck then it's actually worth. Unfortunately I'm not wise enough when buying a vehicle to know any better. But just learned a new ram bighorn which is what I have retail is 43 grand and I paid 56 grand. So basically thanks for screwing me and I have no chance of getting out of this vehicle. Do not recommend doing business with this dealership.

    Brought my Ram 1500 Limited in for service to get the air suspension system reset but they told me there is nothing that they could do. Ram dealerships are the only places able to reset the system yet they won't do anything. Communication was terrible. Had my truck for a week and all they did was do a balance. Unsure why this was done when they just needed to adjust the computer system in the vehicle.

    Took my Jeep to service because of a no start issue. The service advisor would not fill let me explain the issue with out cutting me off. They had it for a day and a half. I called and tried checking on my vehicle twice they said the would call me right back and never called so I had to keep calling. Finally the said because of my light bars on my Jeep was the issue with the communication loss to my pcm. Which has nothing to do with any of it. So I’m going to a different dealership. If I where you I would find other options for a Jeep dealer besides crystal.

    I just want to say that Ron Roppolo is the reason I will always go to Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Brooksville. He is so caring, thoughtful and honest. To me it seems most car dealerships don’t really care about you after you buy the car. It’s almost as if when the deal is done your supposed to go on your merry way and good luck. But not with Ron. I have had my Jeep for over a year now and I can still come to him with any questions and he always knows the answer or the best way to do whatever it is I need.     We had such a great experience when we got my wife’s car with Kelly, that we went back when we decided to trade in my vehicle. We weren’t sure exactly what to get and Mike helped us find the best vehicle for what we wanted! He listened to our needs and showed us a number of different options. He was super patient and helpful in every aspect of our search. Beyond finding a vehicle, he was just simply a great person. We were there for quite some time and everyone made us feel super welcome and comfortable. Ron came out and spoke with us and really helped in the process as well, he was so understanding and kind. They both went above and beyond to help us make it work. As if the customer service wasn’t amazing already, the whole process went past closing time and everyone was so nice and accommodating. Everyone was INCREDIBLE!!

    I visited The crystal auto in Brooksville while on Vacation in Fl back in March. The experience I had with William Kanehl was AMAZING! He provided me and my family with excellent service by being super friendly, as quick as he could be and made sure that everything was to my expectations. He made sure all my questions were answered and that I fully understood everything. He even provided excellent service weeks later after I returned home to Il by speaking with me on the phone and answering questions that had came up. Over all It was an amazing experience and would highly recommend anyone to buy a vehicle with William at Crystal Auto!

    They won’t stop harassing me through the mail; I receive constant offers, ads, letters, etc. even though I mailed them a request to stop. They constantly offer to purchase a vehicle I haven’t owned since 2018. They don’t perform the proper research, or they would know I can’t sell them a jeep I do not own. I will not be taking my business to this location, ever.

    I recently purchased my 2019 certified, pre-owned Ram 1500 from Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I had a wonderful experience! I got a beautiful truck and they made my experience as smooth as possible. This is the second time I have bought a vehicle from them, and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Brandon, the salesman was very helpful with finding the vehicle I desired and Ron the manager was extremely kind, down to earth and he went of his way to simplify the process. Honestly, I wouldnt go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. You shouldn't either! #I💖❤MYRAM1500

    Have bought two vehicles from Crystal. Found the salesmen understanding and helpful. Be careful though on the leases. They will give you a payment and then add the sales tax when you are in the finance office. I have leased several cars and not one dealer has ever done that to me. If I lease again, I expect the full monthly payment to be quoted or I will walk away.

    Crystal dealership continues to be the biggest disappointment. Bought a brand new car. Smelled like gas. Was in the shop twice in 2 weeks. Got it back, 2 weeks later it needed its oil change. They offer free oil changes for a year. I booked my appointment with the Brooksville dealership a week and a half in advance. 8am, first appointment of the day Saturday. I needed to be in and out due to another appointment at 11. 3 hours should be plenty of time for an oil change. My local shop I am in and out in 30 min as a walk in. 9:30 I went to ask about my car and he then pulled it onto the rack. Ridiculous

    Bought my Jeep Cherokee there about six months ago, the sales personnel and finance were very good and helpful, but the service department has some serious problems. First problem I had, my tire indicator came on with low pressure. Took car back to have checked because being nitrogen filled. They said there machine was broke. Took back next week their machine was still broke, took back the third week still broke. Then the service guy said just fill with regular air. Go up to WaWa they have free air. I guess they can’t be bothered to fill tires anymore. So why nitrogen tires if they say put air in them! Made appointment for oil change. Arrived on time waited for an hour and the car was not moved. Finally went and talked to the service guy and he said it would be another hour that they were backed up. You would think they would have said that when I arrived. Very poor service. Went to Lube King in Spring Hill and had oil change in less than ten min. Will not take my car back to Crystal for any kind of service or repair when they can’t handle the easiest problems.

    Was supposed to meet with Kelly but I was running late so they put me with the supposed salesperson of the year 2020 and it was the worst experience I ever had. Everyone has negative equity in their cars right now and he told me “I’m better of driving it into a ditch bc I have gap insurance to get rid of negative equity”. Needless to say I left in tears after only spending a half hour with him because he made me feel like garbage. I do not recommend going there unless you want to feel out to shame for having debt.
