Truist Cortez Blvd, Brooksville

I get off work between 10pm - 12am and go to The new Truist to deposit my money as I am a bartender and they refuse to let me do a drop deposit like I always have at other banks so I unfortunately have to deposit through the ATM and I have never been to a bank where literally half the week the ATM won’t take deposits. It is a schetchy area where there has been a lot of crime lately and think it’s very unprofessional that I have to get out of my car alone at that hour to deposit money in the ATM in front of the bank . I also bank at Capital City and never once have I had a problem with their ATM . I don’t understand why this keeps happening every single week numerous times a week

What a mess! And they don't have staff to help the customers Truist what were you thinking customers are closing accounts!

If I could I would leave zero stars..WORST BANKS EVER!!! ❌❌❌❌❌❌ My SAVINGS has been hacked twice in 4 months leaving me without access to MY MONEY.. To me this is totally unacceptable. The first time I was patient about it, but for it to happen again 4 months later with a brand new account is crazy!!!! I contacted the branch manager over 3 hours ago and still no return call. I suppose they are just too damn busy to speak to their customers.. As soon as I get this straightened out I will be leaving this joke of a bank has soon as possible.. I also have an account at a credit union for my business and I've never had any issues..so, guess where I'll be doing my banking from now on!! DONT BANK AT SUNTRUST! YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE! ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

Wish I would have read the reviews before opening an account here in October. I deposited my paycheck on saturday and they are holding my funds???? My payroll company is ADP not some personal check. EVERYTIME I deposited into my bank of America account it clears by the next day if not immediately. I opened this account so I could close BOA. Guess I was sadly mistaken and I've wasted all my time and energy, after I get done waiting to have pieces of my check deposited in 4 different deposits I'll be closing the account. Please don't make the same mistakes I have. I will be trying capital city bank next.

This is by far one of the worse banks ever they don't explain things properly and when people ask to have a person to be able to have power to use their account for them to pay their bills in case of being in the hospital they file paperwork wrong instead of making it power of attorney they put you on their account with them so when the main persons account goes negative they pull money out of the other account to pay it without even telling you this and when you go to have them removed they don't do it right and your left on and then they don't put your money back when they know they clearly messed up and admittedly admit it

We recently had our business account compromised with someone creating a fraudulent check causing multiple issues. Dusti and Julie have been amazing through this frustrating time for us and our business. We cant thank them enough for all they have done to help us through this trying time.

All of them, every one of the staff at this loaction has good customer service. Dusty especially took care of my banking needs and walked with me through many of the processes in forming a business account and she consistently maintained contact with me to see how im doing. Thanks suntrust for training great employees and helping us bank the right way.

While trying to open a bank account, I was treated in an exclusionary and disrespectful manner by one of the Managers, Paul. Paul, said he did not like my tone. I have a high voice and a bit of anxiety. Paul, was unable to see anything other than what he wanted. His personal views clouded his ability to make a fair judgment of me.

I called to ask a simple question and the operator said "No" and hung up on me. Just because someone is not a member of your bank, doesn't mean you should be rude to them. That's a great way to not gain a new customer. Terrible service.

Dusti Curry at this branch is amazing. She has gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions.
