Great Pawn Shop. Extremely professional. Great place to put some items on loan or sell or purchase items. Huge selection of tools, and electronics extremely well displayed and organized. Needed some money while waiting for my check to come in and they were of great help to me. Ended up buying a really nice leaf blower here.

This is one of my favorite pawn shops here. I visit Ormond Beach Florida only twice a year and haven’t went in last year because of covid, but it was still a fantastic experience after 2 years of not going. A very good selection of electronics, and especially tools, and I would definitely recommend anyone to check Crown Jewlers out if they haven’t already.

For the past 8 years whenever I'm getting a vehicle washed at Sparkle-N-Shine I walk over to Crown for an enjoyable 15 minutes or so browsing. Attentive staff always ready to help. I've bought carpenter and mechanics tools here (e.g.,150 piece NIB Dremel bit set for around $10), an IPOD and almost a Denon receiver (great price, but I already have one). I believe they have 30 day guarantee on most of these items. This past Saturday I went looking for a guitar amplifier. They had a Fender Mustang GT200 amp. It was a little out of my price range until Erika mentioned there was a sale on, and she convinced me to try it out :-) I left a Happy Customer, with a better Amp than I thought I could afford. AND the amplifier was a $$$Super Good Deal$$$ Clean, Courteous, Professional are the words that come to mind.

We were referred to David for a bracelet we wanted to sell, and I see why! He was outstanding! Unlike, the previous pawn shops we went to; he was honest, fair, and didn’t try to rip us off. Great guy. The perfect place to go!

I stopped into Crown Jewelers and Pawnbrokers to see how much it would cost to fix my engagement and wedding rings. Terry assisted me with the transaction and was very understanding. The pricing was excellent and the quality of the repair was superior. My rings looked like new and it took less than a week to complete. I had a wonderful experience and will go the Crown Jewelers and Pawn first the next time. Thank you.

These people are straight scam artists because a friend of mine took a family heirloom which was a ring that belonged to there grandmother and it has a certificate of authenticity from the manufacturer stating the carat size shape and colors of the stones that were set in the ring and when he retreived it from the crown jewelers pawn shop he realized that the majority of the stones were replaced by others not even the correct size or pattern the ring was made in but I'd give zero stars if possible but I had to leave a star to make it public that these guys are criminal.

My story is a little bit different. I came in here, October of, 2019. I had an item that was vastly sold, so I wasn't expecting a return value. To my surprise, I was given what I needed. I made my way back to what is now my hometown, never forgetting [them]. I tell an understatement when I say that I was able to find my worth, all because of hope. My situation in life changed and I now own my own business. I will NEVER forget how far that fifteen dollars has gotten my son, my daughter and myself. I wish, truly wish I could give, 100 "stars."

David, as always, provides excellent customer service. But today, Roger was extremely helpful in getting me situated with an amazing TV and Universal Mount after my last one had an issue. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and it was truly appreciated.

If you want a face full of condescending arrogance. Talk to the owner...

I've bought a couple things from here and every time I go in I am immediately welcomed. They have a bunch of stuff that wouldn't expect. Car audio, a large selection of tools, games, collectables, musical equipment, and the jewelry is superb! I highly recommend coming here for the fair deals, the friendly staff, and saving some money.
