Jim did an excellent job managing the refinance of our home. It was a fairly extended process due to some complexities of our loan but Jim stayed on top of things all the way through. Jim had our best interests in mind throughout. He noticed a change in the loan limits that would help us greatly but we had to delay the closing in order to realize the savings. Jim let us know about this immediately and advised us to wait even though it would mean more work for him. This shows how honest and ethical Jim really is.
