Very knowledgable about the options, the team is always welcoming and easy to work with, i still have my info and options book he shared when i was looking to buy or build, he also has all the steps and people in one place to make it very easy to complete your new move.

In my opinion: Not a good experience here. Not very helpful or responsive to my questions and inquiries most of the time. Very rude too on several occasions. When Josh was told we no longer wanted to use his services our message: “We will no longer use your services we appreciate your help though and your guidance thank you so much” he responded with: “ I think you should definitely go somewhere else.” Please choose carefully people.
