The best decision I made when buying my home was to request assistance from Creekside Mortgage Services Inc. Even when I had no idea about the steps to follow, they provided me with all the information I needed and were very attentive with all my questions. Their experience made me save a lot of money and I was able to obtain the loan quickly. Unlike the previous negative encounter, I had with a broker from my bank, they prioritized my needs making the experience easier for me and my family. They were very helpful and made the process very smooth. I really appreciate their assistance and I’m happy that I worked with them.

I cannot begin to explain how much Creekside helped me. After dealing with another lender I lost financing for a house. I called Kevin at Creekside and he helped me more in a 10 minute phone call than the previous lender did in 6 months. I followed his guidance and reached back out to Creekside after 8 months or so of repairing my finances. Both Kevin and Michelle were incredibly nice, patient, and very good with communicating what was going on as it happened.. Last Thursday we got the keys to our dream home. I couldn't be happier!!!
