I went to this office back in April of 2019. Sat down with Chris. He explained to me what he was going to do for my credit situation. So I chose to pay for my own and someone else. I also referred 3 other people. Of which none of our credit has been repaired by Chris or no one in this office. I had to go to another company Smith financial LLC. To get my credit repaired. I've asked for not all but some of my money back and this company will not give me nothing but excuses. That is not a true statement. When I came there I did not have 60 items. All my items was paid off.

Today I had the privilege of working with Brooke, she knows her stuff! I am waiting patiently. She said it will be about a 6-8 month to finalize the entire process. I am so excited for a fresh start!

I thank them for meeting with me close to 530 on a Friday afternoon. During our consultation I was given good information and a semi-expensive package deal. What I didn't like was the consultation was out in the open with various ppl walking in who could clearly hear our conversation. What I also disliked was the fact that I asked for a transcript of our conversation and an itemized statement and billing contract. Of which, I received neither. I never pressed Tiffany (the person o had my consult with) because it was her responsibility to send me what I requested, especially if they're looking to get my business. I felt as though that one example was all I needed to know about the company and how they conduct business

I currently am in the process of getting my credit repaired. I am genuinely excited about the results I have already received!!! Thanks team Credit Sweepers.

Fellow be very careful about those people, they crooked,they take your money but not doing the job .they lie a lot , very unprofessional,very poor service!!!

When I went to Credit Sweepers my credit was a mess with a score of 450. Three months later Credit Sweepers was able to increase my score to over 700. It took me years to ruin my credit and it took only 3 months for Credit Sweepers to fix it! Throughout the process they coach you to maintain a good credit score. I would certainly recommend Credit Sweepers to anyone needing their credit score increased!

RE: "CREDIT SCORE GURU" ALSO AFFILIATED WITH "CREDIT SWEEPERS LLC" and/or Bruce Fonzarelli Evans Growing up in Baltimore city, I know a scam when I see one... After hiring this company to repair my credit . I determined after 8 months that there was no activity on my credit report or no communication from my creditors to state that Credit Sweepers did any work on my credit. After bringing this to the attention of Bruce Fonzarelli he gave me numerous excuses over a few months and still no actions were taken on my behalf toward repairing my credit. I requested a refund on 6/13/18 and was told by Mr. Fozarelli that I would receive a check for my full refund of $300 in 10-14 business days. On the 6/27/18 I contacted Mr. fonzarelli and was told that it had not yet been 14 "business days" and that he would be mailing a check on 7/5-7/6. On 7/2 I received communication from Mr.. Fonzarelli stating that he received a refund clearance from paypal business center and that he will contact me once he has the check in hand. On July 5 I contact Mr. Fonzerelli to check the status of when my check will be mail and I received no response. I again contacted him on July 9 and still no response. I can get little deeper into our "business" Relationship or lack there of but I'll stop here. STAY AWAY!!!! Do you research before giving this dude or company your money. I'm still waiting for My refund or even a response.

I found it strange that I couldn't find many reviews on this organization, hope my review doesn't get lost ....anyway 3 days after paying for my credit package, mysteriously I had 2 unauthorized charges. I was very reluctant to provide my credit card information to the representative but that's what companies like this do, they pray on people's weaknesses, BE AWARE before using this service.

I would love to thank Stacey for all what she has helped me with I was struggling because of my student loans was holding me back & Stacey did everything in her will power to help me recover from them my taxes gotten taken for the last 2yrs & she put her Wonder women cape on & did everything she had to do to help me & now this year I will get a refundrefund...thank you Stacey so mucmuch I appreciate you
