Credit Union West East, Prescott Valley

I feel like I've stepped back in time each time I enter the PV Branch. Kelsey set up my accounts and was so sweet. Today I had some business to take care of and when I walked in Kelsey remembered me! After one meeting! How can that be? All the people they see and she knew my name and had my paperwork ready. This is the BEST bank in the area, truly. And trust me, I've tried them all. So pleased with Credit Union West! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I love working with Carol. She is sweet, kind and a great listener. Always provides great ideas and possible solutions to my everyday needs. Definite asset to CUW.

The best place to bank...by far. I'm so thankful for the staff at CU West. They are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue at a CU West Branch. The only thing that ground my gears was the new website design, but they were responsive to my concerns and I have figured out how to navigate it fairly quickly though it is not nearly as user friendly or efficient as the old website.

I usually bank at Arizona Federal Credit Union but they have no Branches out here in Yavapai County. CU West is a member branch and I can make deposits and withdrawals from AZFCU. The lobby was nice and clean, brightly lit; there was some coffee available, and the teller was very professional.

Kelsey was so easy to connect with and work with. I felt good about her clear communication and her efficiency. It was a very positive experience.

Only one star which is being nice. The people who work at Prescott Valley Credit Union West office are very nice. The Credit Union itself is impossible. The only possible service is at the counter, in person. Their policies are terrible, the local phone number rings a machine in Tucson. The machine forces you to listen to a advertisement, then push 1 etc, listen to a load of options, then push other numbers and if you try for attendant the phone hangs up. It is impossible to contact the local credit union by phone. Before moving to Prescott Valley I was with a great credit union for over 50 years, it provided great service and customer satisfaction. I wish this credit union cared about the customer.

Credit Union wast is a horrible Bank to go bank at I had card fraud at a circle k when I went to go to cancel the card they told me that is going to take up to four business days so I had no access to get any of my cash out so I could live off of until they give me a debit card I work Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. every single day they are not even open up on Saturdays so I don't recommend anyone to trust this company with your money I've had so many issues with this company it is just becoming ridiculous one is with the ATM is issues now is with a card fraud and they're going to take forever to ship out the car to me and for them to overnight the car to me I have to pay for them to do that which it's not my fault that I have credit card fraud so I don't recommend anyone to do any banking with this company
