Credit Union West N Wells Fargo Ave # A, Scottsdale

I have been a member of Credit Union West for a very long time. I feel the staff Denise, Esmeralda, and Kendall are exceptional. They provide impeccable service. I am always greeted with a positive, warm attitude. They really go out of their way to take care of everything that I need. I just feel like they take incredible care of me and I would highly recommend them!

I was working with Cristal for my HELOC. Thank you for the smooth and easy process of HELOC. She make it easier for me ti understand the process n rules and I really love it. She shared really great advice and she was always on track with the timeline. I really like the people when they respect everyone's time

Horrible credit union. Haven't been able to pay my loan for months. Online systems GARBAGE doesn't work and bank hours are even worse than the staff. Guess they need the money from the late fees or something I don't know.

I called the number to the bank and I was on hold for awhile but I did finally get through to someone to inquire about my auto loan that I recently had gotten through this credit union...I was a bit worried after reading all the negative reviews but I wanted to clarify if I could link my current bank account to make payments on my new auto loan and Garrett the person at the credit Union was able to assist and help me with info that I need and let me know if I needed to head into a location to make sure to set an appointment because that is how they are seeing customers right now...I always make it a point to look at reviews when dealing with a business or getting service anywhere and when people have good or bad reviews they will leave it...I told Garrett thank you for your information and you help...so if any of you need help talk to Garrett he is there to help and is friendly...

Trying to get loan payoff info. There’s nothing on their automated system. Also says my account info is incorrect. Tried the app and it won’t let register with all the correct info.

This branch has the best customer service ever from each of the employees, but especially Esmeralda! She always greets me with a smile and has helped me graciously with my needs. Love this branch!

Opened a new relationship with the Credit Union today, it was fast, easy and painless. Great customer service.

This is the most difficult and incompetent bank I have ever dealt with. All I wanted to do was pay on my vehicle loan and was unable to do so because after 2 months I have still yet to receive my account info. The manager refused to help me and hung up on me. Now I have to sit and wait while they add a late fee to my account. Needless to say I am on hold with a better credit union to take my loan.

They NEVER answer the phone. They're closed every time I go, & it's not a short drive! So frustrating!
