Everyone was friendly. Ms. Rosalind set up my accounts for me, she was very nice and helpful. I would recommend anyone go to Richmond Credit Union.

Since 2010 I have been a member. Everyone in the office is very professional and willing to help in any way possible. The staff will work beyond office hours to get you approve and fast when looking to get loans. The tellers are very helpful and fast. There is no long waiting in line. This place is great low rates and is a great family. I have all my kids joins I thank you all for everything that they do for my family

Myself, my husband, children and grandchildren all have had accounts with CU of Richmond for years. Everyone there has always been knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. It is convenient to maintain our accounts and your services have met our financial needs....savings, loans and credit services have been outstanding!

The Credit Union of Richmond is a very good Credit Union to bank with. I never have any issues with them and their customer service is always grade A. And not to mention they are always responsive to whatever needs you have.

I’ve been a customer for a long time and never really had a problem until today. I called concerning an issue with my account that I needed some understanding to and spoke with Jessica. The WORST experience ever. She was very nonchalant to my issue the first time I called. So I thought about my problem some more and called back to talked to a manager and I was redirected back to Jessica. I asked her was she a manager and she told me she was a supervisor. So I was asking her questions about my account, which had went into a negative status after I deposited money before hand to cover a couple of pending transactions, and she was talking over me while I tried to ask questions. Then, after being placed on hold, she tells me she can refund one of the NSF fees, which were 3 in total. I tried to continue to ask questions and she then said to me ‘do you want the refund or not’. WOW. So I told her yes and before I could continue she said ok, goodbye and hung the phone up. But I will be talking to a higher up because that totally unprofessional. I think I’m done with this bank.

Where do I start. So my mom wanted to do business with this unprofessional place and she suggested that I take my business here as well. I went to Lisa Watson because that's the person that my mom was working with when it comes to handling a personal loan. Let's just say Ms. Watson doesn't deserve the job that she has. Ms. Watson lie to the customers and tell them that she will return a call either before the end of the business or the next day. Then when you call her she's not answering her phone or she is sending you to voicemail. All for me to turn around , call the main number just to have her co worker forward me to her. So she's at work but she's not answering calls. Unbelievable! She lies to customers and try to make it seems like you're in the wrong when it's really her whose in the wrong but because she was caught in a lie, her story changes. I would give this place a 0 because the unprofessionalism is ridiculous but rating a business zero is not a thing. If you do decide to do business here. Don't go to Lisa Watson.

Always have done business with credit unions. Recently decided to make a big purchase and had heard good things about Credit Union of Richmond, so I decided to take my business there. The member service team that worked with me to open my account was stellar and my loan officer made life easy! Best customer service I have received to date. Thank you very much CUofR. I plan to do all future business with you!

I have been a member for over 25 years. Each person I have interacted with at this credit union has been professional and courteous. Although Marsha Graves has been my “go to” contact, she has directed me to other employees there for assistance when warranted. Thanks to all of you. Evelyn Lindsey

I have accounts at many financial institutions and this Credit Union gives the most outstanding member service I have ever recieved. I love that they open earlier and are so willing to go above and beyond for their members! Keep up the good work Credit Union of Richmond!!

The branch manager Michelle Trigor is very rude and has horrible customer service. I reached out to inquire about suspicious activity that had occurred on my account and she was not willing to answer important questions I had regarding how a check was deposited into my account without my authorization. She advised me that she did not know how the check was deposited into my account and they do not keep record of that information. She also stated that the check was deposited without a signature and checks do not need to be endorsed to be deposited in an account (in a very unprofessional tone). I am upset and disappointed with the service I received from her and she does not seem to be equipped with the proper ethics and values when it comes to serving the customers.
