Ashley Keaton is a consummate professional. She is friendly, cheerful, competent and extremely hard working. My experience was so much better than it has been at other places, largely because she worked with me to line up everything I needed, and get it all sorted out quickly. She made sure all my questions were answered, and I felt like she was fully on top of every aspect of every transaction. Great work!

Credit Union one in Lombard is very nice and modern. The location is clean. You can take the stairs or the elevator. They have restrooms. They have an ATM being installed on the outside of the building which is awesome! I setup my accounts with Shonna Johnson she was very nice, knowledgeable and personable! She even gave me a follow up call 2 months later which I’ve never received from Chase in many years of being with their customer. I look forward to using Credit Union One for all my future banking needs!

I visited the Credit Union 1 in Lombard, Il and I had several transactions Edwin helped me with a smile. He has amazing customer service skills. Edwin knew exactly what to do to make my visit enjoyable and easy to complete each transactions. Very pleasant young man. As my mom would say, "Edwin needs to be promoted to a manager." I stopped in to the Lombard branch on 6/10 to inquire about my HELOC and possibly adding to it for some significant home improvement projects. Kari Smith, Branch Manager, answered all of my questions with clarity, kindness and true professionalism. Totally worth my time to make the drive to the CU1 office as opposed to making an inquiry by phone. Kari runs a great team of people and she could not be more helpful or lovely, THANK YOU!!!

Precious Watkins is the best she goes above & beyond the call of duty.she is a very valuable asset to CU1.from day one she has done nothing but give exceptional service every time I need a question answered or to be serviced she always points me in the right direction. Ms Hill at Lombard assisted me this week and she was very pleasant and helpful. I came to CU1 and tried doing a shared branching transaction she kindly explained to me that cu1 no longer does those. It was refreshing to have someone in customer service be helpful again!

I worked with Natalya and Lesley in Auto finance. They were both professional, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and patient. I was stuck in an auto loan from a nightmare finance company, Natalya had gone out her way to make many calls to this finance company and fighting with and for me to get refinanced. This is a very secure and trusting credit union.

Sonia, accommodated me with patient and acute sense of service. I have several accounts to review. Sonia reviewed amounts and payments due. She also informed me my previous payments. I am a long term member. The customer training at CU1 is impeccable. Thank you!

Precious Watkins is amazing. During the summer of 2021 I was looking to purchase a new car. I had lots of questions. Precious answered all of them with confidence and warmth. I am pleased with my new car and the support Precious provided during the process.

Normally when calling credit union one there is a 800 number that has you waiting forever to speak to a representative. I googled credit union one’s Lombard telephone number & it was a 630 number. I called & spoke with someone named Shonna. I called regarding my sons account, It was early in the morning they had just opened but she was nothing short of amazing. She answered every question I had & told me I should open a yield savings for my son. She didn’t give me an attitude after I asked her 1,000 questions. More women like her should be hired in businesses.

I love CU1!!! Everyone in this branch is exceptionally friendly! Especially Chikyra. She always helps me with my accounts with a big smile. I appreciate her friendliness and willing to help attitude.

I have to saying out of the many car buying experiences this has been the greatest. Ms Watkins was helpful from beginning to end of the purchase of my vehicle. Upfront, informative and trustworthy. I felt secure and safe in the vehicle picked and loan she provided. She understood where I was in life foremost to make sure I got something in my family budget and to meet our everyday to long travel needs. Great experience at Credit Union 1. I was taken care of by originally Valerie and Shonna finished my process on setting up both a new membership and personal loan. Phenomenal customer service and attentiveness. What could have been a very stressful situation was eased by the professionalism and sense of urgency shown, zero issues or hangups. Every question was answered and welcomed. I would certainly recommend Credit Union 1 for your financial needs.

Great customer service seems like a rarity nowadays. However, this branch makes me feel like I’m down south. The staff is always warm and welcoming each time I walk in. The tellers are great, especially Shonna. She’s always pleasant and extremely helpful. Keep up the great work!

I initially came in to open a account with credit union 1. Shonna Davis helped me out she was very informative and sweet , she let me know i needed a appointment to start an account. Ill be back only to work with her she has great energy and excellent customer service skills.

I love coming into this institution. The team is always very personable which to me makes everything more relaxed. Shonna Johnson is always very helpful and provides great advice for credit and services. She also help me set up something’s for my kids future. The manager always says hi to everyone that comes to the door. They do a great job of communicating. I always leave out of there feeling great and valued. This is how a business is supposed to work.

I was in search for a loan to consolidate my debt. During this time I was contacted by Credit union representatives Kari. She was able to answer all my questions and made sure that the bank was the right option for me. Once I felt comfortable that this was the right option for me; Kari made sure to help me in a timely manner and took care of everything. Kari always followed up on what she said and always provided me with accurate information.

I am there at least 2 to 3 times a month, and it is always a extremely pleasant and satisfying visit. All of the tellers and other branch personnel are always cordial, friendly, and very informative. I always make comments and rate the background music (with teller Chikyra) this is being played in the branch. It is always a very pleasing exchange.

Hi didn't really understand what exactly a credit union was I walked in your establishment and one of the nicest employee by the name of Raven Henson was very helpful she was very patient with me explaining to me what the credit union does. First time ever going to Credit Union and I love it here! If it wasn’t for Shonna Johnson explaining all the little things for me to be successful with my credit situation and also debt I don’t know where I would be. She’s a hard worker and she does her job really well. she deserves all the credit she can get!
