This review has zero to do with the customer service, but everything to do with the setup of this location. There’s absolutely zero privacy when conducting your personal business at the counter. I’m sitting in the “lobby” area and I can here everything happening with those being serviced, including how much their withdrawals are. When standing in line, you see the other customer’s transaction every time the rep turns the screen around. The indoor atm machine is a joke. As soon as you begin to key in your passcode prepare for everyone being serviced and standing in line to turn around. Why? The machine sounds of each stroke of hour key in subwoofer volume. Missing safety feature - this location is so small and hidden, one should have to use a member card to enter simply because it’s so off the grid and doesn’t make one feel safe while conducting a transaction. I get you we’re going for an updated stylish look, but you all got this way wrong. I’ll stick to Lombard, where the counters and space gives me comfort in the privacy of my transactions.

Bank moved to smaller location across the street from the old location. People posting reviews about how they "love" the new location are lying. On any day, especially Saturdays, there is a line of patrons extended from the office, into the parking lot. The office is tiny and too small to accommodate more than 5 patrons. The drive-thru was eliminated, as well. It is shocking and disrespectful to the bank patrons. It also defies logic, why a bank organization would force patrons to use a smaller location, causing patrons to stand in close, cramped space during the COVID pandemic. Patrons standing in the parking lot expressed disgust and discuss how they plan to take their business to other banks. Apparently, the credit union expects their patrons to stand in the wind, rain and snow to wait to conduct banking transactions. I plan to go elsewhere, this is ridiculous.

CornellJ from Credit Union1 in Northlake, Il He has always gone far and beyond to get solution to any predicament that has arised during my visits. Today, he took it upon himself to call mortgage services in Texas and have them update my new account; the problem was due to lack of info update, and the payment could not be submmited from his end. It only took him seconds to get things in order, and provode me with a receipt. Thank YOU Cornell!

Teller Patrice was so helpful. Service was expeditious! And the office is so modern and pretty!

Erica was a wonderful help, she made buying my first car a breeze. I really appreciate the dedication she had with my auto loan and how much she showed that she cared. I would recommend her and this branch 1,000 times!
