Doug assisted me with getting our credit to good standing so we can be pre approved for a mortgage. He was very professional and attentive to any questions I had. He explained the process thoroughly every time something was going to take place. He and management were very knowledgeable on disputes and updates to correct the credit report. He gave a time line to get us ready and went above and beyond to get us approval ready. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to straighten their credit up or if they are looking to obtain a mortgage and I have. The referral is also currently happy with Doug's job.
