Good people Was doing my taxes with Lemay for 3 years now. Years 1 and 2 went well due to nothing going wrong. It's year 3, filed my taxes back in February. It's now almost July and I still haven't received my tax return yet. I tried calling the office to see if anyone can help but no one answers.

Best in the Business! been doing my taxes with them for 7 years and they've taken care of me every time! Also I couldn't buy a stick of gum with my credit back then, and now I'm in the high 700's cause of them... they're nothing short of miracle workers! Thanks guys

Today I made my 10th call to them in the last month for some issues with the taxes they had done for me in the last 2 years. The answer is always the same, "everybody is busy, we will call you back" That never happens, no call back,. The only call I receive from them is to set up an appointment for New Taxes. Incredible Hope they return this last call and clarify me what's going on with my 2019 taxes.

I have been going to Lemay and his associates for the past 5 years. They are amazing! Very helpful, very friendly and always ready to answer any questions my husband and I have (and we ask a lot of questions). I look forward to returning to them each year and will continue to do so.

I stop their services as I saw that my credit was not improving. Afterwards, On several times I have requested Zillie to stop billing my credit card, but She continues to do so and upon checking i just realize again that she has billed my credit card over 500 dollars. I have requested to speak to Lemay the owner, but have been ignored.

I heard about LITS through both family and friends and decided to try them out this year. I have to say, it was an extremely pleasant experience. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with a friendly staff that offers you coffee and/or water and provides you with a comfortable space to wait. With regards to my taxes, I felt that that were very knowledgeable and worked well to help me best understand the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place to file. If i could give them a 0 star review i would! At the beginning i felt they were doing a good job but since December they just stop working on my credit i call they always booked me an appointment by phone but no one ever call if there providing a service they sould be in top of there job and i call to cancel my appointment and the employee didn’t even bother to ask why i was canceling i would never recommend this place to anyone don’t even lose your time

Amazing service! 5 STARS! I have been doing my taxes at LITS for the past 5 years. Now that I have moved to NYC I continue to work with them and have been flying down to Miami just to personally meet with Lemay and do them in person with him. This is the best company to do your taxes with and I highly recommend them. The entire team is very professional and they always go above and beyond for their clients. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience!! For the last 2 years I was going to an accountants office in which I was there literally all day - last year my appointment was for 1:30pm and I left that office past 2am. This office is in a great location, the receptionist is super pleasant and they treat you like family. My appointment was for 5:30 so I was expecting being there for a long time - to my surprise before 6pm I was already filling out paperwork as out before 8pm. The accountants were very professional and very nice - immediately made you feel welcomed and comfortable. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family!
