Chase Bank Nw 57th Ave, Miami Gardens

If I could give this branch zero stars I would. This my second day coming and I came early but same result. The first time it was a large number of customers waiting. Not one person said anything to the customers waiting. They’re slow and it looks like everyone else is late today there’s only one or two people helping new customers. This very bad for chase. This beach needs to be closed.

I signed in at 930am and watched the person I needed to see chatting with another banker for 25 minutes and then when her friend walked in, she skipped me and left me sitting there waiting. Worst experience! Cancelling my bank account with chase today!

Bank manager Carlos is unprofessional and should not be dealing with customer service. He has a huge ego and shows his emotions when you question his answers.

What kind of stupid bank charges you to cash a check that's been issued from their bank? Just because you don't have a Chase account. You guys need to change your policy and go back to the old ways of cashing checks have been issued by your bank

Based on Bank hours they close at 6pm but you won’t get whit a representative after 5pm they will avoid you not matter what , I went yesterday to open an business account and rep Carlos Sanchez gave me thousands of excuses and the funny things is he told me to come back next day after 5pm so what’s the difference , looks like Chase has enough subscribers to care about one more

Worst bank ever!! Wait lines to speak to an agent is over an hour and still you don’t resolve the problem! They are under staffed and agents talk long after they are done resolving the issue with the client. Worst customer service, no coffee, water nothing!!

Clean and organized location with friendly people. I personally never had problems with Chase, they are the best from my point of view. Thank you!

Stupid people, I opened a new account 2weeks ago deposited a Check, my Check hasn't cleared so I'm like ok let's call come to find out that the bank teller that was suppose to be assisting me was in more of a hurry to go to break then to put my right date of birth, so when I call to fix my issue with my funds they can't do anything because the date of birth on my licence is incorrect FML!

This place sucks, waited an hour for a simple notary, they need a better system of delegating their work to their associates
